@Sentinel55 Thank you kindly for getting back to me, I did that last night and it appears to have smoothed out a little more. The issue was with the front left wheel dummies for L1-L4 they were behind the vehicle. Just something to note in case anyone else comes across this in the future.

I'm not 100% certain, but moving the chassis dummy back to the default position could solve your problems.

We're all thrilled to finally announce the development of LSPDFR for GTA V.  Everyone here has been working like crazy to make progress with the modification and the website, and we're only just getting started.

4. A police officer is there to protect us and is there to make sure that we ourselves don't do anything stupid. They are our protectors.

6. A police officer is just making sure that you are not a criminal and if they have suspicion then by all means follow me to your hearts content. I know I am not breaking the law in any way.

I do this all the time lol, go up to the top of Zmodler and click the second to last option up top (see picture). Then go to select, quadar (step2.png) click on the els you no longer want, then highlight it (with select mode on) then just hit deleat. Step one through four pictures bellow.
