  1. Zachary, That's one I wanted to do for a while as well. I will try to do some research and see if I can create one in the near future. There were a couple cars ahead of that project that I am currently working on. Thanks!

Shepardson Modifications Saint John, Indiana 2018 Dodge Charger Updated - 1/3/2021 HAPPY NEW YEAR LSPDFR!! This is the first release of the new year!! In my latest release I am proud to bring you a Saint John, Indiana Dodge Charger. This vehicle is packed with a bunch of my usual features (listed below) Unfortunately the reason for this vehicle being created was a recent interaction I had with this department, luckily I escaped the speeding ticket 🙂 This vehicle took a long time to put together and I was actually going back and forth about releasing it, it is a car that I enjoy thoroughly and you guys do as well. The front flashing white lights can be disabled with Extra 5/6 through the ELS config. Please Note: This vehicle was designed to replace police. Please be mindful when changing the name of the vehicle it may cause items to break. ------ Features: • Accurate Equipment • Working Traffic Advisor in Red/Blue configuration • Multi Colored Whelen Ions throughout the vehicle • Lighting patterns already set within the police.xml ELS File • Enhanced Stage 3 Lighting with Flashing White lights in the Light Bar and Push Bar • Added Dual Stalker Radar Unit W/ Remote Control • Multi Colored Whelen Ion Plate Lights • Window Guards • Scene Lighting ------ Demonstration Video ------ Other Vehicles
  2. I believe this is the template for that charger. Let me know if that doesn't work. Thanks, Shep.
  3. I typically do not include one in my files, Give me a few and I can try and find it for you
  4. @Jaythegamerr Thank you very much for the kind review and I am glad you are enjoying it! I hope you you enjoy it!! Thanks, Shep.
  5. @Ninja99 Everything that is in the video should be part of the car. I have been told that my lights flash faster than others (it could be an old ELS setting from ages ago I don’t remember) and that might be causing a “difference” in the pattern if that makes sense. I will investigate a little further as something may have corrupted. Can you please send me a PM with a video of the back lights. Thank you for your feedback, Shep.

Shepardson Modifications Unmarked Generic Indiana Municipal Police 2014 Dodge Charger Updated - 11/17/2020 Well it's about time for another release, this time it is of my own creation. This vehicle is not based on any particular town or municipality. I have also decided to expand my capabilities and am starting to add more fine details into the models I create. See what is new for this vehicle below. I do also plan to add more equipment in the days to come but wanted to get this out for everyone to enjoy. I have to say it is by far my favorite vehicle I have created so far. Please let me know if you are able to find any bugs in the comments section and I will work on them as quickly as possible. Also if you do happen to download the vehicle and enjoy it be sure to share it or my other files so that they can get out to the community. Please Note: This vehicle was designed to replace police. Please be mindful when changing the name of the vehicle it may cause items to break. ------ Features: • Working Siren Controller (flashes with lights or Traffic Advisor) • Accurate License Plates • Accurate Equipment • Smoked out Whelen Ions, Inner Edge (rear), and STL Visor Bar • Working Traffic Advisor in Red/Blue configuration • Multi Colored Whelen Ions throughout the vehicle • Lighting patterns already set within the police.xml ELS File • Added ALPR Units • Added Dual Stalker Radar Unit W/ Remote Control • Added Dash Camera ------ Demonstration Videos ------ Other Vehicles Thank you everyone who contributes to the DEV files for free and allow for us to get new content without having to kill our wallets. These people are what make modding worth it. Thanks, Shepardson
  6. @Sentinel55 Thank you kindly for getting back to me, I did that last night and it appears to have smoothed out a little more. The issue was with the front left wheel dummies for L1-L4 they were behind the vehicle. Just something to note in case anyone else comes across this in the future. Thank you again, Shep.
  7. MellowYellowBuddy, Thank you kindly for the suggestion I was uncertain how to proceed with that and will have to make that change here shortly. I do believe there is also another issue with the DRLs so I might just replace them entirely to make them more accurate with your suggestion as well. Much appreciated and I hope you enjoy the car otherwise! Thanks, Shepardson
  8. All, Sorry for the delay. The issue with file extraction has been fixed and a new version has been uploaded. My apologies for the delay with that, but all should be good now. Thanks, Shep
  9. Hello All, Just curious if anyone had any insight: After adding equipment to a vehicle the handling of it in game changes drastically. When going over a speedbump, pothole, or curb it is almost like the car just drops (if you will). It is as if the car weighs over 100 tons. I thought this could be a handling issue and have attempted to try different lines with little to no success. I have tried digging in as far as I could go into the realm of the internet and cannot find much in terms of support. There are no issues with textures, flipping, or anything like that, and the hierarchy has been checked. The only thing I am not certain of is if the Chassis Dummies need to be corrected so that they are centered within the ZMOD world. If that is the case - then what other axis or dummies would need to be centered within the world? I apologize if this has been covered already but I seriously cannot find any insight on this or anything entirely explaining this issue. Any assistance, guidance, or kind words would be appreciated. Thanks, Shep
  10. Feel free to shoot me a PM, what program are you using to extract the files?
Absolutely phenomenal work by a highly skilled creator! Congratulations on the release @Trooper Keaton
  11. Very nice! Maybe send me some pictures in a private message and I can give you some pointers or even help you out a bit with them. Regardless, I do hope to see your items on here soon!
  12. Best of luck, I hope to see it in the community sometime soon!
  13. Thank you! I wish I could say it took forever to develop, but it was really a matter of the pattern lol. I hope you enjoy the vehicle!

2018 Indiana State Police Dodge Charger Slicktop I am very glad to announce that I am releasing another vehicle for the community to utilize! This vehicle has been heavily modeled after the current Indiana State Police fleet in service. The vehicle features realistic lighting patterns, accurate equipment and placement, working DRL wig wags, and many more features! This vehicle could not have been uploaded or finalized without the support of two of the greatest people on this site who have helped me beta test my new vehicles. Thank you for everything @Trooper Keaton and @DMJ24U. Also thank you to everyone who is credited in the credits portion of this upload, without your contributions new vehicles like this would never have been able to have been created! -- Included in the Archive -- Vehicle Files ELS Configuration Credits Readme File Other Vehicles Video Demonstration
  14. OfficerParker2007, You are not wrong! The cars I can find on here are okay with some things here and there are wrong; it's just hard to find a good video to base the vehicles off of. I hope to expand this into a vehicle pack or something similar and get an older style Charger and Crown Vic at some point. Stick around and I hope to be able to give you more content!

Hello and welcome to one of my first files in a long long time! I am proud to present a 2018 Dodge Charger based on the new releases of the Indiana State Police vehicles. This car has had over 48 hours of work put into it and has had to be restarted from the ground up twice. It was my goal to make this car as close to the true vehicle as possible, however, there have been a few things I have not been able to replicate. This vehicle is a replacement car and is meant to replace the Police2 spot and requires ELS. The Charger was made based on a YouTube video of a newer Indiana State Police Charger that was released, this video will be posted below along with the in game video of the functional lights. -- Features -- Realistic Emergency Equipment including lighting patterns Functional spotlight and takedown lights Extensive interior equipment Scaled and mounted Dell Latitude Laptop Center console Dual Stalker Radar Unit Front and Rear Radar Units Dash Camera Prisoner Partition Prisoner Camera Realistic Licenses Plate and Template Functional DRL (Daytime Running Light) Wig Wags And much more This car could not have been completed without assistance from @Trooper Keaton and @DMJ24U both of whom have helped me extensively with equipment, textures, and general support. In Game Vehicle Vehicle Based On This Vehicle has been uploaded exclusively to LSPDFR and is not allowed to be modified or uploaded to other websites. The creation of this vehicle took many man hours and it is requested that you please respect the work that all of the content creators have put into it. Other Vehicles If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to reach out to me. Thank you again and hopefully this car will be well accepted by the community.
  15. Well, I have bad news and good news. Bad news first is that I had to completely scrap the previous vehicle. The good news: I have (with the help of @Trooper Keaton assistance) rebuilt the vehicle from the ground up. The changelog will be posted below: Added functional spotlight with takedown lights Fixed Takedown Lights to face forwards Added a new center console Moved and modified the radar unit in car and added a rear facing unit Modified the Avengers in the back of the vehicle Added DRL (Daytime Running Lights) wig wags Modified the flashing white lights in the light bar for stage 3 Fixed other minor bugs and scaling issues. The YouTube video has been uploaded for the final update and this file should be posted as soon as I am finalized with the credits file for the vehicle.
  16. Well I do have a few updates now: I have added the YouTube videos and added a temporary skin to the vehicle while it is in beta testing. The information for the skin and credits are also in the video. (Skin used: Indiana State Police Pack Lore Friendly 2.0.0 by Trooper 18)
  17. Thank you guys! Hopefully I will have some more updates soon
  18. Good afternoon, I wanted to showcase something I am starting to work on, and since it has been a long time since I have released anything I wanted to give a sneak peak at the progress that has been made in the last two days. I plan on adding a few more vehicles and making a pack out of it, but we're going to have to take it slowly and see how much time I can allot. At the very least I do plan on releasing this vehicle by Halloween at the latest. My goal of this thread is also to get some feedback and see if anyone has any input on the pack: Tips, feedback, missing equipment, or wanted vehicles. Please feel free to lay any info on me as again I have been out of the scene for a while and would like this car / pack to be something the community would like to see. I am including screenshots and a video of the most recent progress, along with my first attempt. I also will include the link to the video that this car is based off of. I hope this gets a little attention and this pack can become something that is community built as well. Lastly, I need to give a HUGE shoutout to @Trooper Keaton for his amazing work that has inspired me to try creating my own Vehicles. Without his support and guidance I don't think we'd have anything close to what we have now. Thank you kindly Keaton! -- Updates -- 10/18 - I have decided to scrap the previous vehicle due to the bugs with the chassis and have instead moved to another Charger of the same year. I will upload a video with this vehicles progress tonight or tomorrow. I am estimating to have this Vehicle done by the end of the week. More status updates are to come. 10/21 - The vehicle has been uploaded and approved by LSPDFR Staff and is available to download!! View the link below along with the new video that has been released Video(s): Previous Vehicle - Release Video YouTube Video of the Vehicle - Pictures: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jDCIrohCQJnZ1pgvHXZVmq-M8Dedn1j_?usp=sharing - Current Progress - Vehicle installed with light bar and rear deck lights Adjusted ELS INI to include environmental colors and correct flash pattern -- Current Issues -- -Within the game, it appears that there is a gap between the windshield and trunk that go straight to the ground, this is not visible from the interior of the vehicle -Currently missing the correct skin for Indiana State Police Thanks, Shepardson
I do not typically write a lot of reviews on this website, however I felt the need to speak out on this one. I have recently moved out of Illinois but have spent the better part of my life there. While there is work to be done on these cars, this is by far the closest pack to ISP that is currently being developed. I think there are a few points that can be worked on (as with any model) such as lighting styles, takedowns, etc. But that is rather difficult given the complexity of the Illinois' lights. Each car is almost as unique as the trooper who drives it. The only constructive thing I would like to bring up is maybe a better choice of interior equipment (higher quality) and functional spotlights. Other than that, I appreciate the dedication you put into creating this pack. Maybe a lot of people do not know how difficult and time consuming it is to utilize Z-Mod, but to do that and a functional DLC pack is a fantastic addition to the community. I am excited to see where this pack will go in the future and hope you will continue to provide steady updates to it!
