This Emergency Uniforms Pack (EUP) Backup Configuration "EUP Backup Configurations [9.3]" replicates the use of the lore-friendly police agencies and emergency services from Grand Theft Auto V for LSPDFR (Los Santos Police Department First Response) with the addition of all EUP Uniforms for your character and AI officers including a custom ambient spawning system for all jurisdictions!
 
This modification also brings several new stations to San Andreas featuring an exclusive EUP uniform selection within the Duty Selection Menu/EUP Menu and includes EUP Badge Props Configurations all in one package with a unique feature - weather variations!

When Law Enforcement Officers or military personnel kill suspects, they often handcuff the person for safety reasons when the suspect's death isn't confirmed yet; the suspect might be unconscious or pretending to be. You may restrain dead people you or someone else killed. If you don't want to do so, you can hide the restrain prompt and continue handling the scene.
 
TL;DR: Why bother to restrain someone dead?: In-game, a person lying on the ground is considered dead, however not in real life, the person could be unconscious or pretending to be dead. Law Enforcement does this all the time.
 
Hold T or DPad Right to restrain the ped.
Press H to ignore the ped, meaning the prompt will be removed for that certain person.

Personally, this is my best and favorite plugin. If you fire your weapon, there will be a small camera shake each time you fire, simulating a recoil effect. A heartbeat will play when you're in a firefight, aiming at an armed person, if you've been injured, or even when you're being chased by a dog. The camera shake is also used for other features, such as a big car collision, loss of health, and more. Below is a list showing all features. If there is a feature you do not want, each one can be disabled individually in the settings.

Description
I don't know about you, but I get sick of having a mobile NavSat in my pocket everywhere I go in GTA and when a gang member's mad at me while I'm walking down the street  it just shows up on my mini map like some sort of Spidey sense. This is why I made this mod. You can toggle the HUD, namely the mini map and ammo counter depending on whether or not you're in a vehicle. You can however still see the ammo counter in your weapon wheel, but I thought this mod would improve the immersion. 
 
All settings can be customized
 
Notes
If the mini map is disabled you won't see your health and armor either If you want me to add a feature to hide all blips from the map, I might add it in a next update, let me know down below

Installation 
Install RAGEPluginHook 1.74+.  Drop the "Spotlight.dll" file and "Spotlight Resources" folder into the "Plugins" folder in your game directory.  
Controls
This plugin has 3 input layouts:
Keyboard:
For toggling the spotlight press I.
For moving it use the NumPad (NumPad4, NumPad6, NumPad8 and NumPad2). 
For tracking peds or vehicles press NumPad3. Controller:
For toggling the spotlight press LB + X.
For moving it use the left stick. You can change this to the right stick or the DPad in the General.ini file. Mouse:
For toggling the spotlight press I.
For moving it hold down the left control key and move your mouse.  
And to open the in-game editor press F11.
 
Check General.ini file to change which keys/buttons should be used, or if any controls should be disabled.

What is Forestry Callouts?
Forestry Callouts is a callout pack that allows the player to play as a park ranger. Respond to ATV pursuits, dead animals, animal attacks, and more! Forestry Callouts was made in 2020 and released again in 2023 after I let it go for a while during university. Forestry Callouts 2.0 is fully integrated with Callout Interface and strives for realism patrolling and customization!

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. A: I tried including the most in depth installation instructions I could find, but I know when I was new to LSPDFR didnt know anything about installing stuff, so if you have any questions you are feel free to comment with it. Q: X isn't working why?
A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 😞
A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. Made by @Slendis

I promised myself I'd try to get out some more public packs, and March was one of the targets, and it seems I'm on time for once. 😅
Originally this start out as a personal pack, then a mini-pack was made for Patreon, and well, now we're here with 14 cars (I added some additional cars for the public release).
 
This is a Blaine County Sheriff pack, I got the idea after playing around with Tacoma's police logo, and originally had come up with this design for LS Port Authority, but it seems to fit as a Sheriff design much better. Lighting style is based off Atlantic City police, where the used a similar lighting setup there. I combined the two together and well, I liked the outcome.

Crash Prevention.
686 Callouts includes extensive crash prevention. Inevitably, you may run into a problem. To provide the stability needed for a smooth patrol, there are several systems in place to ensure 686 Callouts runs without causing any issues.

How do I install 686 Callouts? 
Drag & drop the 'Plugins' folder, the 'lspdfr' folder and the 'CalloutInterfaceAPI' file into your GTAV folder.

No. Do not fall victim to poor advice. Get in touch with me directly. 
What configurability is offered?

Hello everybody! Today i brought you a unique siren, the Federal Signal Pathfinder with Normal and Rumbler tones! The successor of the Federal Signal Smart Siren Platinum like the one i made before, now im bringing an even better siren with the best quality ever! This is primarily aimed at those who do not base their game on the Los Angeles area and would like something other than the default taxi in their game for increased traffic variety.

Del Perro is a laidback, trendy beachfront community made up of hip tanned new-agey-type yuppies and hip tanned new-agey-type homeless people. Not only do the residents of Del Perro enjoy a higher standard of living than most of the United States, but the DPPD sure offers nice benefits and a fancy fleet of modern vehicles.
