I got you https://www.mediafire.com/file/raragb44aw4fsv2/files.rar/file download this files and replace them (make a backup first) those are silent audio files to low down the kb cuz when the kb hits more that 16k some audio files don't work

fxck it's way harder than i thought and my pc cant do those things you have to install archive fix and do this steps https://forum.gta.world/en/topic/35447-archivefix-openiv-setup-and-encryption/ im very sorry for the issues that you're having ima delete the 'fivem ready' title because is not fivem ready

umm there's a vehicles.awc click on resident.rpf open it drag and drop on the vehicles.awc

make sure to intall the latest version not the old one, the old one has only wav files

Bro, open OPENIV go to mods, x64, audio, sfx and resident.rpf click on it, click on edit mode which is on top right hit yes, and drag and drop the vehicles.awc

FHP uses dual siren no rumbler normal or unitrol tones.
