Remove xlive. Having both causes conflict. The crashing by the modded cars is ELS, try removing the modded car or downgrading to ELS v5

I think the problem lies within your 2gb of ram and 2 cpu cores.. This could be the cause of the crashing. Although I'm not too sure.

This would never be implemented. Some people can only just run GTA IV on the bare minumum, installing a tow truck mod (which would most likely be high-poly) would cause the game to be unplayable. If you want a successful mod the first rule is; Never make someone install something they don't want just to gain access to a extra feature.. By all means though, it could be added to the TLAD version as there is already a standard towtruck in the game

Not possible. It'd mean having to add a new texture / light source for every single car in the game. The lights already on the vehicles have a light source shining from behind a simple lamp texture.. Unless someone is willing to go through all that hassle, then it most likely won't happen, sorry.

Texturing on GTA IV is a pain in the ass. The texture maps are extremely confusing for instance the NOOSE Stockade's texture wraps around it a few times (The Tactial Enforcement text also wraps onto the front the form enforcement) Your best bet is to look at some texturing tutorials on youtube

I'd say upping it to a max of 5gb.. but you have more than enough RAM to run GTA, if it's still slowing down try some basic fixes like; Clearing up your HDD Run a full virus scan Defrag your HDD Defrag your game folder Remove some high poly mods

The ELS menu is activated by pressing ALT+M as for the other issues, I'll look into them later. I think I've had this problem before. Are you running the installer as a administrator? are you running LaunchGTAIV.exe as a admin? Edit: Oh. BTW. Props to your name ;)

By the looks of it, I'd say it free's up more RAM that windows restricts. Thing is, that restriction is there to provide smooth running of your computer, altering that could cause a few serious issues to arise.

Rendering time depends on your processor.. Videos under 10 minutes long take around 30 minutes for me.. But my 18 minute "Let's play" video took almost 3 hours 0_0

FRAPS already does. Set it to 60fps and then on a editor of your choice (I use Windows Live Movie Maker) render it in 1080p I've done it for all my recent videos.

Download a program called ControlMK.. There's a thread on here somewhere that tells you how to map the keys to the controller. Having a hard time finding it.
