  1. Hm. I honestly don't know what would be causing that. You could try turning your mods folder off and see if it still happens, if it doesn't still happen then there's some mod causing it.
  2. That's very interesting. You haven't messed with the vehicles.rpf at all?
  3. The default Unmarked Stanier is white, so you could just download an unmarked vehicle mod that you can change to black or that is black already. Or, if you really want to keep the default car, you can Change it to black inside the vehicle's texture file in openiv.
  4. I couldn't find any but if you send me some pictures of what it is you want exactly, I can make you some vehicle textures.
  5. @OfficerArchie Could you message me or post the templates here?
  6. I don't really know of a mod per say, but you can replace them in the vehicle's texture file.

This is a random texture I threw together for the Blaine County Sheriff's Office. I hope you like them, they come in black or white. Made for these models:
  7. Thanks. I'll be sure to try those out!
  8. Also, here is a step by step tutorial video if you want to follow along that way: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cU71inGhyBE
  9. Do you have any paint .net plugins suggestions? You wouldn't happen to know of a good tutorial to get started on gimp would you?
  10. I didn't say my skins are missing, I said it seems like they're missing something compared to the ones I made with photoshop back when I had it.
  11. You can't legally get it for free though can you?
  12. Hello, I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions on the best software(besides photoshop) is to use for editing vehicle textures. I really enjoy texturing but it seems my skins are missing something when I use paint .net. So, if anyone has any other programs that are better than paint . net then please let me know and I'll check them out.
They look great, especially for one of your first packs. I'll definitely be using these.
I really liked this tahoe when it was first uploaded but now it's even better than before! I love the lighting, it's very unique and I haven't seen it anywhere else. Also, thanks for the fast update answering to people's requests.
  13. @Ravenscara Yeah, I'll start working on it.
Great work. The lighting is brilliant!
  14. If you're talking about the wraparounds, they aren't removable.
  15. @Ravenscara The issue was fixed with the new update :). Sorry about the inconvenience.
  16. @Ravenscara Interesting. I'll take a look at it before I start on today's update. Thanks for pointing it out.
I'm loving this siren pack! There are so many options, there's something there for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a try!
  17. @kamil98124 Also, you can set Rage to load plugins on startup in the settings menu.
  18. @vazlpower7 he included the blue light textures with that pack.
