had to wait for the new scripthook cos these are both asi's, but now dont hold wheels turned. rest of features work.. turn signals, brake lights, lights stay on, parking mode..etc

traffic policer which I always use has shutdown or slow traffic and u can place barriers with Ctlr J soon as I pull someone over, Ill use it also to have them mimic me an pull them well offroad an clear of traffic, then slow or stop traffic

noticed this too. someone messed with swat models? attire?

update of gtav today, an anyone who has scripthook is getting errors till they take it out. your lspdfr ragepluginhook is fine, just take out scripthook. mod may depend on that, or I'd take out or check install last one u put in- 'clear the way'.

can someone direct me to which one/s contain the police and sheriff vehicles?, theres like 50

I did. I updated other gta folder then dragged all the files into mod gta folder let that happen.- bout half an hour, alls I removed was the scripthook dll, and LSPDFR started right up, had all car and plugins clothes worked. theres a dinput normally in gta, dont forget that comes with a scripthook dll, so need a new one of those too- for scripthook. I dont have scripthook for trainer. I dont play with trainer in, dont need it, but some asi stuff needs scripthook. right now only BVA (Better Vehicle Actions) by Lt Caine isnt working, its still in there, but dont work anymore. maybe the new scripthook will make it work again.

thats a bad idea to run rph as administrator and they tell you so. its Scripthook man! gta was updated. That screwed scripthook. the current ragepluginhook works fine with update, all my stuff does except those plugins dependent on scripthook. right now thats only BVA. everything else, clothes, cars, pliguins- ALL working. I took out scripthook and copied over the updated gta files overwrote- boom. fired it up fine.

smartradio is tricky to make work, cos albocommon and ragenativeui versions vs rph version. I have an it an works when I installed an used the ragenativeui and albocommon from traffic policer. i get some version warnings but all works. but only after installing traffic policer and its included ragenativeui and albocommon dll. the albo1125common dll is ver is 6640 and is 80.5kb, the ragenativeui dll is ver 1630, 121kb. thats in game folder. they read as 77kb and 123kb respectively in the trafficpolicer folder I got them from. but smartradio couldnt get to work till I put those in along with and included with trafficPolicer. this is ofc with the latest Rage Plugin Hook.

I WISH. they just kept coming with this social club sign-in bs since IV they made it so u HAD TO sign in to play game, but it went to court an they lost!- said they cant make people sign in to play a game they legally purchased and fully owned. donno how they came back with this now u have to. its thru steam the sneaky sign in track verify u people too, so... they took that sparkiv- now OPENIV an sued his hat off too, its an agreement he can still make it but they go thru social club an verify any files not in a mods folder and yur game crashes with an error from rockstar failed to verify files- reinstall game. i know, I tried it. so u can modify w OpenIV files Only if u play SP offline (really yur still online thru steam AND Rockturd), and theyre checking yur game files. so this social club in addition and in work with steam is checking EVERY single file in your folder for a change to it. thats all. and this update screws scripthook which is needed for modding but also for trainers which kids cheat online with, and they like that, but theyll soon be back with their own updated version. so its AAANOTher re-install EVERYthing all over again. an wait for scripthook update. and practically nuthin will work w/out scripthook. anything else thats a asi file like ELS, BVA, Trainer of course, I dont know about OpenIV to reinstall everything, thats an asi loader too.

so OPENIV is a asi loader like scripthook. is that need an update too?

use what u want ill use what i want. samantics- an dont hate. their new M and B menus interfere/corrupt/clash/crash with many plugins. theyre redundant and unneeded. example- BVA. Lt. Caines better vehicle actions. their vehicle settings are doing the same thing it does, only like with traffic policer and arrest manager and policesmartradio their redundant un-needed menus only serve to duplicate complicate much better and more complete plugins.

just cant find the carvariations with policeb in it. is it called btype3 by any chance? thats the only model in valentines day patch carvariations.meta. thats what thehurk (author) readme file said to put it but Im afraid to till Im sure thats the place. mods folder ofc. yup thats it, but just +ADD the carvariations.meta included in his bikes folder under important extras. exact path- Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data and Rclick ADD the included carvariation.meta there!. says btype3 above cos I doubleclick it opened it. its in xml., but trust me, ADD the included carvariations meta, it overwrites this (save it first if u want), and bikes right. ********** stars, great bike, great job TheHurk and others.

I hadnt played in a couple years and returned. I knew there was a couple things I would have to get for complete, enjoyable, realistic, immersive gameplay. ALBO's stuff. arrest manager, police smartradio, TrafficPolicer, and Traffic Control, an of course some callouts. I did, and began playing however I posted about erratic behavior of arrested peds when using smartradio for transport. they would follow transport officer, get into and immediatly back out of his/her vehicle and come back to me, follow me a ways then dissapear. wacky. a fellow from germany told me to not use arrest manager anymore, use the NEW built in Backup (B) menu. this new backup B menu and the M menu for a radio are neither well thought out or well done or complete compared to the wonderful stuff from ALBO, Police SmartRadio, and Arrest Manager., and dont do half the stuff. they do backup ok, but close roads doesnt work (for me). ped vehicles drive right thru my scene and over me an God forbid u fire a shot. u know how crazy an stupid those ped ai drivers are. Traffic Control plugin is marvelous and solves this problem so much better, and has roadblocks. THAT WORK. Arrest Manager had/has much much more features than your sad little quickly made an cheesy looking menu in upper left corner. and wheres the Tow Truck??. or Coroner??., you dont have a Tow Truck. OMG. that was all implemented and integrated and worked like gravy with ALBO's PoliceSmartRadio and Arrest Manager, and Traffic policer. it was beautiful. well thought out and done. and so cool the radio pops up on the screen and does everything- tied into Arrest manager and Traffic Policer. Your little B backup menu is sad sad sad in comparison. immersion and roleplaying breaking. Im sticking with PoliceSmartRadio and Arrest manager for my game. the wacky ped behavior at Transport I can overlook because I get SOOOoooooo much more and better, more immersive gameplay AND functionality & options with them than your B backup menu. AND a Tow Truck. AND Coroner. AND Roadblocks, and breathalyzer, write parking tickets, drugalyzer, SpeedChecker Radar Trap, mimic my driving to pull people over (Ctrl R), I can Tackle people with Arrest manager, and manage the whole scene with H. I can set Police and Tow Truck and Coroner to go thru roadblock to get to my scene, and more an more an more. to give up the functionality and options of PoliceSmartRadio, andArrest manager, and TrafficPolicer/TrafficControl to use your sad incomplete little gta-inspired menus because arrested peds act a little wacky?. OK with me. Total worth it. I beg you to re-visit this menu system. make it work with smartradio, more complete, and functiona,l and immersive inspiring or at least give me a way to opt out or shut it off and use plugins. alls that was in that commandline was the -stop-peds-from-taking-cars- in -sp which I had checked. I removed the check on it in- hold shift rage menu- and guess what??- FIXED that fatal error on loadup screens an went in game loaded as on duty, went to SS airfield ran all over, in the hangar even took the stunt plane there WTH. that was all this trouble?? SHEESH! THANKSSSSSSSSSSSS for suggestion Dude- thank u thank u

CANT?? use arrest manager? thats causing it? Im not using LSPDFR+. smartradio arrest manager traffic policer I suppose I dont need arrest manager for anything anymore.

i know, played this few years ago. I got his stuff working alright, I looked at an read up on stopthepeds., I kinda prefer smartradio. and it has the 'panic' button that works cool, and its integrated with coroner, fire/ems, tow, ..everything. I knowtheres other plugins that will call transport an stuff now. and theyve added it to basic LSPDFR M menu but not everything like smartradio. EVERYones mods go out of date after updates-

got plenty a those to share been working 3 days trying to get around this ctd at sandy shores airfield crap or rather I did- Im copying over gtav folder again to re try again. with going thru the new turdstar launcher they are checking every file in this darn game to see if modded as a result of their war an lawsuit against sparkiv guy/s. thats why its called openiv now, an u can use it to mod gtav **EDIT- Just did a new install of gta lspdfr an ragehook 1.78, (no mods or plugins) ran it an same 'fatal error' notice at loadup, and ctd at SS airfield. dont see a rage log in folder though. strange I generated one. working on it.

yeah - use arrest mgr an police smartradio by ALBO1125. noticed this whack behaviour doesnt happen when they arent loaded an I use the new included M menu in LSPDFR. but that doesnt have a tow truck option

Im suspecting my problem was this new 'create' a new character for LSPDFR. I used Trevor because that was save from SP story mode I was playing last. so I went as Trevor to station and into the create new character mode an made a new one for LSPDFR. as LSPDFR is loading I get a Fatal Error line in the floating text against the gta backgrounds. LSPDFR & plugins LOAD AN WORK FINE- BUT.. whenever I go near sandy shores airfield, specifically into the hangar I get an immediate CTD for both gta and LSPDFR! I started gta sp to see if that works Ok, and that works fine too, and no crashes near Sandy Shores airfield, but I noticed as he has two aircraft spawns at the sandy shores airfield. he owns it. one is INside the hangar, for a plane, and one at the helipad across from hangar where his heli shows up as you come by there. and thats where/when gta/LSPDFR ctd's.

ya know that floating text when game loads over the gta backgrounds?, the third one down after 'removing velocity limit' used to say 'Patching Code', now says 'fatal error' but loads into LSPDFR game, I can go on duty take calls, etc but if I go near Sandy Shores airfield on the road or near the hangar, both game and LSPDFR crash to desktop. this is WIErd. game version? rage hook? its brand new install on brand new copy of GTAV. started after putting Better Vehicle Actions ( BVA )into main GTA folder as it says. its just an ini and an asi file like OpenIV. whats 'Patching Code' that got screwed up? game got patched?. this just happen yesterday and I redid the whole game an LSPDFR, and was working fine today then did this s___ again!
