The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Depends on what kind of mods you're gonna install. Most of the time, these are the only ones needed:

update, x64, common.rpf, (x64e.rpf)

 

If you need another archive (such as x64a), the mod readme will tell you.

I put update FOLDER and x64 FOLDER in there, then oiv installed a car and now the update.rpf file is in there also. seems to be fine.

not clear on what u mean by common.rpf. where/whats that?
