can someone please help me!!!

2 days ago I installed clear the way V and booted up GTA5 to play some lspdfr and ever since my game has said "failed Zlib call" I even deleted the whole game and reinstalled everything completely fresh and every time I go on duty it crashes and gives me this error and its driving me crazy. I just wanna help stop crime...

 update of gtav today, an anyone who has scripthook is getting errors till they take it out. your lspdfr ragepluginhook is fine, just take out scripthook.

mod may depend on that, or I'd take out or check install  last one u put in- 'clear the way'.

I took out clear the way and it still does it. I'm aware of the update and took out script hook and added a different one which allows me to launch the game. however this problem started a few days ago before the update.
