There's hardly any LAPD vehicles unfortunately. There is a couple in WIP and a pack released (linked above) but that's it. Which is a shame because more LAPD vehicles is much needed and wanted

after the game updates......the game resets visuals...so you need to re install it. I realized mine reset after i made a video like Why arent those brig.............OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Guys use this mod allow you to disable permanently this orrible glitch (not affected by plugins but by LSPDFR and normal Cop).

Edit: I have it installed since September 2016 and works fine, no cops, only backups when i want!

It's a very annoying bug that I believe is caused by the main LSPDFR backup menu. If you request units via the main LSPDFR backup menu, it will sometimes glitch and send units to your location code 1 for no reason. To avoid this I only use the backup menu when I'm actively involved in a pursuit. If you need prisoner transport I highly recommend using Albos Arrest Manager, as it's more realistic and detailed. Unfortunately when I do get this glitch I can only restart the game to get rid of it. Hopefully someday in the future someone can fix this as it does get very annoying.

OMFG you sir are amazing thanks for the help. The scripthookdotnet read me says the scripthookv was a requirement so that was always the problem ive gotten ELS to work for the first time since ive been trying in like2 months now. Thank you!!!

That's the thing ive done everything that the instructions tell you to do... that's quite simple to follow. I've even reinstalled the game and again tried to install ELS over. Now instead of no lights coming on the lights are lit up and stuck on... and yet again CRTL+P still doesn't do jack!!

I do the same too.

Really they could respond to any call. If the local PD is backed up with calls and a CHP is nearby they can end up responding to domestic disturbance calls or anything. When I play CHP I usually stick to the freeways and respond to any call that's nearby the freeway as well.

The Simple Trainer ini file (trainerv.ini) enables you to change the key bindings.
 
You need to scroll down in that file to "Explanation and List of Keycodes", determine the key code for the key you want instead and then update that key code under the [KeyBindings] section.

When you say add cars, do you mean added cars?  Standalone?  If so, don't use the patchdays for this.  Use the DLCs such as mpchristmas2.
