Run system file checker on your PC and review the launcher log contents in Documents\Rockstar Games\GTAV.

I don't think it's the GPU. I also have a 5070Ti + close to 100 mods with maxed settings and I'm fine. I also have HAGS on. What's your processor and RAM like?

I am also having this issue with stop the ped and ultimate backup installed, even with changed keys.

Extended distance was already at 0, but I turned PreloadAllModels off and back on and now everything is smooth so idk what happened. Only half my graphics card's resources are being used but I should probably upgrade my ram.

Sometimes it will run just fine, others it will crash as soon as I pull out the garage. Running NVE + ENB.

I downloaded this model as linked above, and since its an add-on I had to do some configuring to add it as an emergency vehicle with the rest of the roster. I'm now able to select it from the police garage, use it as a stand-in for NOOSE Riot, etc, but I wasn't able to pull people over in it because it wasn't classed as an emergency vehicle. So I went to the vehicles.meta and added FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE, and that enabled me to perform as a true police vehicle. However, the in-game name shows as "(blank), emergency", when it should be showing as "Mrap, Emergency". I tried removing FLAG_AVERAGE_CAR, and that did nothing, so now I'm out of ideas.

Yup, those are them, I actually caught wind of those a few hours ago, but the only difference with the impala is that the taillights / reverse lights don't wig wag, and the lights inside the windows are different (in reference to the desired model), but it's close. The only problem now is removing the feature where it's intentional that some models/liveries spawn without lightbars, but instead as slicktops.
