Those two were the original models for a NYPD CVPI and Impala made by BxBugs, though the website is down, so it appears I have no chance at finding the models. The skins for the models I'm requesting (and images of the models themselves) are here:

    Yup, those are them, I actually caught wind of those a few hours ago, but the only difference with the impala is that the taillights / reverse lights don't wig wag, and the lights inside the windows are different (in reference to the desired model), but it's close.

     

    The only problem now is removing the feature where it's intentional that some models/liveries spawn without lightbars, but instead as slicktops.
