I am just wondering why I have never seen a Ford E350 police van ever for GTA V?

Remapped the Dolphin textures onto a single template to allow multi livery:

The black/dark gray parts are allso more matte now when compared to the rest of the body.

Time for another update on Coastal Callouts progress!
Training callout has been updated and improved to help new users. Vastly improved the handling of the 47' Motor Lifeboat. It's both more realistic and more fun to drive now! Planning to work on the Response Boat Medium handling more at some point too.  @SkylineGTRFreak did some great work recently with updating the aircraft models - the C-130 fleet has been updated with better LODs and model quality, 3 variants (C-130J, C-130H, and EC-130V), and I even created a USCG Aviation Centennial livery for the C-130H. The Jayhawk got updated to be multi-livery, got a new and improved spotlight, FLIR camera, better rescue basket model, and an Aviation Centennial livery as well. The Dolphin got a new spotlight and FLIR too, and some improvements to the UV mapping.  I finally figured out what was causing the reflection material glitch on the Defender boat, and Skyline remodeled a portion to fix that.  Skyline also modeled a new stokes litter basket, and I've set it up to work with the rescue hoist. It looks way better than the old one!  I've done a ton of bug fixes and performance improvements to the core script.  I'm almost done making a new Yacht on Fire callout.  Some important things left to do:
I still need to make a custom installer. That's going to be quite a bit of work, but will make the user experience much smoother for public release.  I still need to add and clarify information provided to the user during rescue callouts to make them less confusing.  I'd like to add at least three more callouts before release: something involving a downed plane, something involving pirates, and some sort of mountain rescue. I might also do one involving the new submarine added in the Doomsday DLC.  Over all, progress was a bit slow over the holidays as I was quite busy spending time with friends and family. Development has picked up more lately though and I'm looking forward to a release sometime later this year (although I don't know exactly when yet). In the meantime, enjoy a few screenshots:

Building editing is a pain... I hate it... but I love the results! Coast Guard Station Paleto Bay is getting closer:

Still left to do: collisions on all the newly added terrain/docks around the building, adding quite a few props and such to make the area a little more interesting, and probably some other stuff I'm forgetting. Core layout of the building/docks is more or less complete.

Well this has taken a lot more time and been a lot more difficult than anticipated, although I've learned a lot and am quite happy with the result thus far! Not quite complete, as I've yet to add some of the parts around the edges (currently there's a see-through cliff haha), and need to add some more details. But the core station building is nearly complete, with working lights, full collisions, working ladders, station signs, etc. Special thanks to @OriginalNewbie and @magiobiwan for working on a Station Paleto Bay logo!

Have spent some time this week figuring out some of the new developments in map editing! With OpenIV 2.9, proper map mods are now possible. I've also discovered some new tricks to get certain building props to spawn outside their normal area, and I've been doing some custom props in zmodeler. What does this all mean? Well, it's still early in its development, but say hello to Coast Guard Station Paleto Bay! I've gotten some feedback from beta testers (and observed in their videos) that people tend to focus on the Los Santos/Del Perro area when they go out on Coastal patrols. The rugged northern coast of San Andreas has some of the most demanding terrain for coast guard missions, so I'm pleased to finally have a small boats station in Paleto Bay to serve this isolated, beautiful, and dangerous section of the Pacific coast.

@PNWParksFan Maybe this is a stupid question, but do you have any templates available for the boats included in this mod? I would like to make some skins before the release! :D

I will make templates available once the models are complete. All of the boat models are still being worked on and are subject to change.

I thought of some cool possible calls while on patrol.

    1. Medevac of injured fisherman or fisherman fell off boat and the boat has lost him.
    2. Raton canyon rapid river rescue of kayakers
    3.  Person fell ill on cruise ship maybe?
    4. Ship taking on water and you need to deliver a pump so they can get the water out.
    5. Boats engine stopped and needs some repair parts to get to port, deliver the parts to them.
    6. Ship ran aground near the coast and you if in helicopter over sea the evacuation of the boat while a ground team retrieves the passengers. Possible injured person from the initial grounding of ship and they need to be taken by heli to hospital or something. If in boat then you take the passengers to shore to waiting first responders. Something along that line.

Hope this helps with some call ideas!
