January 11th, 2019. A lengthy and dangerous chase takes place in Las Angeles , United States. On the South Side of town Police take a call regarding an armed man. That call then leads them on a pursuit. The chase lasted nearly twenty minutes and involved nearly 30 units as well as air support from mutiple agencies. The chase's duration was so long that a local news helicopter was able to track it and get some amazing footage. We have everything here from the chase itself, to an armed standoff to even dancing and " twerking " in the streets. And it seems every neighborhood wants to check out the action!. Absolute madness!, break out the popcorn and hold onto your seats!. The LAPD was nearly all hands on deck for this single call!. Don't want to spoil it but my opinion is it was a domestic or relationship issue that was acted on in the wrong way. 😞 SOUTH LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An armed suspect is in custody after leading authorities on a bizarre stop-and-go chase in the South Los Angeles area on Friday. The red SUV traveled with at least one flat tire along Vermont Avenue near 108th Street as crowds of people looked on. The SUV stopped at 75th and Figueroa streets, with multiple patrol vehicles behind him. Footage from AIR7 HD showed the driver with a gun in his lap while he waved a photo of a woman outside the driver's side window. The suspect appeared distraught as the standoff continued for a few minutes. The man then drove into an alleyway, where he became temporarily stuck between another vehicle and a fence. At some point during the pursuit, the suspect tossed his weapon out of the passenger window. Crowds of people followed close behind as the driver continued to move slowly toward the other side of the alleyway on 74th street, where the street was shut down with patrol vehicles waiting. The SUV came to a stop one last time. Just minutes later, the suspect was seen stepping out of the vehicle with his arms up. He was taken into custody apparently unharmed. Authorities said the chase began after police received a call about a man with a gun. It was not immediately clear on what charges the suspect will be booked.

I think we were more talking about the sentencing and court aspects. Not exactly the taser deployment itself being " liberal " in the situation in relation to the force matrix and such. Either way health evaluation or not this person is not fit to be in regular society with others. Clearly a harm to himself and possibly others. Let's just hope he receives mental health treatment and his life improves.

I sometimes dip into like the 25 area when a bunch of units and stuff is on scene, it's so bad. Then again I do have like a half decade old rig if not more. Very old VGU and CPU and Memory is not the newest DDR, although it is 16GB. Cannot wait till I do my big $900-1,200 new build and can be playing LSPDFR with all my mods and stuff at a smooth and stable and truely playable FPS lol.

Same here, I like to start off slow. Especially when making a video. Like do foot patrol, then bike patrol on beach, then traffic enforcement, then regular patrol, etc. Like work your way up to the more specialized and crazy stuff.

Highly doubt it, and if so only 3-5 if that. Call Out Plugins will still be the primary way players get their call out's for LSPDFR. Bottom line is if you want variety you are talking about at least 10 Call Out Plugins. It's just the way she goes. One can only hope plugins , mods and scripts do not cause any more FPS loss when you go on duty than they do already!.

Yeah , I agree. Also glad he was not wearing any heavy clothing and the taser prongs were able to penetrate and do their job. Would have been highly dangerous to tangle with a machete with a baton. Technically in a life or death type sword fight at that point, luckily the taser deployment did the job. I'm also relieved he did not seem to want to attack or kill anyone at random. He was just menacing and pacing around with it.

Gotta be the Caprice or Crown Vic's right?. Where I am in Upstate NY all the State Police have Explorers and Challengers or w/e. And the local PD have the taurus and explorers. Occasionally I will see a State Trooper with a Crown Vic. But it's REALLY rare. That really makes me think anything older than a Caprice would probably be all decommissioned and off the road by now. I watched this show way back when where some constable in Kentucky had a Gremlin with a custom light setup, was so funny and awesome lol.

He suffered a fractured eye socket and was lucky to escape with his eyesight intact – his recovery was described by doctors as “miraculous”. Another person suffered burns to their tongue. The suspects then got into three cars and drove from the scene, shouting homophobic comments at members of the group, and claiming that they “run Hackney”.Initial reports of the attack in the national press claimed it took place outside gay nightclub Dalston Superstore, which is around the corner in Kingsland High Street. Suspects Captured : Really happy they all were captured thanks to witness reports and CCTV, good work to the Police there. Now let's just hope they face some serious hate crime charges and are not roaming the streets anytime soon. This should be considered organized crime and since they beat some of them so severely they broke bones and eye sockets and even used chemical agents to attempt to disfigure and blind their victims..-..it's disgusting. Hoping to see a minimum of 5-10 years for each assailant in this attack. What were they even doing at 5AM out there anyway?. Seems like they were hanging a block away from the club waiting to encounter some club goers and attack them based on their sexual preference. That is genuinely despicable, and I hope the Judge or w/e they are called in the UK see's it that way as well. What do you guys think a suitable sentence would be for these menaces to the public of London?.

It's RDE that add's the gang interaction feature, not GTA Comes Alive we found out.

Sorry for double post. It's odd, my relationships.dat is the exact one from RDE with all the right values and such yet it does not seem to work. Even checked my agitatedtriggers and they are all in line. Not sure what to make of this. Trying to troubleshoot it on RDE Discord and here. My relationships.dat is below, since I could not attach it.

Strange, I have RDE ( was my first mod install ) and I'm still not seeing the gang interactions or attacks. Families members legit walking by groups of ballas in Strawberry/Davis intersection and nothing happens. VLA and Lost drive by eachother in Blaine County without a blink. I wonder what the heck is wrong on my end. EDIT : Used RDE Discord and discovered it was in fact RDE that added the feature I'm looking for. I have deleted my relationships.dat and replaced it with a fresh one from a new RDE download. Going to test if it works while on duty. I was off duty and nothing seemed to occur.

It's generally all peds. I have some of them that are oddly dying in one pistol shot, and some of which require an entire magazine to kill. Did an experiment and shot cops , and they never seem to die except from head shots, or when shot on the ground multiple times. It's very odd. Especially since I have my values so low. Seen below. People on GTA V Mods forum are saying if the health value is set to 50 every unarmored ped should be dying in 1-2 shots max. That for sure is not occurring.

Yeah I played with the meta and even after setting it to incredibly low values for both armor and health I'm still seeing no changes. Have no idea what could be causing it, but aiming to find out.

Not that I can recall, just callout plugins. I goofed around with that file and lowered it all from like the 500 area down to 200. Still for some reason getting the same result of shots required to kill in game. Rather odd but troubleshooting it.

Peds are taking like 10+ shots from the pistol to die, not sure what is causing that. How can I adjust or change the ped health?. Thanks in advance

Dang, LSPDFR is crashing when I attempt to go on duty with GTA Comes Alive. Legit just enabled it in rage plugin hook and then encountered issues when going on duty, tried forcing and no luck either. Log included. Also DarkMyre is saying there is no gang interaction or changes of that variety in the plugin sadly. 😞 RagePluginHook.log

Sounds about right, thanks Gio. I liked it. It's usually rather minimal usually with fist fighting and such but sometimes they pull guns on eachother. And what was even cooler is that gang members watching/witnessing would take a perspective side and join the fight.

When I played some months or a year ago I noticed in areas where gang territory intersects a lot of the time the peds of rival gangs would get in fist fights and firefights with eachother. Sometimes I would even see them walk up to cars and pull out the drivers, who turned out to be rival gang members. I am not seeing this anymore and am curious if this was built into V or was a plugin or script I possibly had?. They would even fight eachother in Blaine County, I would see Varrious Los Aztecas fight the Lost Bikers on the roads and stuff. Not seeing it anymore and really miss it. Just curious, anyone else notice this?.
