I am starting with mods and OIV's, and then moving onto scripts, plugins, and then finally the call out packs. So far I have installed and tested the following and they do work. Where are we meant to install callout plugins?. There is no LSPDFR folder within the plugins folder. Do we have to make it?. Do call out plugins just go in Plugins folder now with the rest of the regular plugins?.

When you go on duty they appear, or at least for me.

To everyone saying 0.4 is CTD'ing or the plugin is crashing and the mod does not work and or is broken...-..it's not. Below is a video of me launching 0.4 for the first time with a fresh install of GTA V. Just Scripthook V, Ragepluginhook, and LSPDFR 0.4 automatic installer. And behold, it functions. I have 5+ year old hardware and am running my PC on a 720p TV and it still works lol.

EUP Menu is still going to be used, get that with Law and Order and you are good to go. 0.4 may be a big update but plugins and call out packs are still going to provide more content and immersion and features.

Lol the vehicles in the callouts for pursuits are exploding randomly. It's working fine aside from bugs and other problems. I'll upload a video showing it functioning with a clean install shortly.

My plan is to run it just with LSPDFR and Rage Plugin Hook as well as the prerequisites ( Script Hook V , etc ). After that I'm going to test asi plugins and then scripts, and then try the plugins individually and test the game after each install and mark my place. There is a lot of plugins and callout packs and it will take time to test them all if you are taking your time and doing them one by one and testing. Odd's are 50% or more of the Plugins or Callout packs will require updates to be compatible. Everyone just be smart and keep your 0.3 installation backed up and slowly and carefully begin the installation and modification process for 0.4 in a new folder. Remember that 0.3 was out for a long time and there were so many plugins and call out packs we will have to be patient for them to be ported over / made compatible with 0.4. People have been reporting which plugins are working and which are not, and that is very helpful too!. I tested EUP and it seemed to work, and some call out packs are working as well as one or two of my plugins. But half of if not more are non-functional and or are even causing LSPDFR crashes. I don't get CTD issues , just the LSPDFR plugin itself crashing. Watching Rage Plugin Hook menu as 0.4 boots up is hectic, it floods it and really seems to be causing issues for a lot of people when they start it.

Well I'm gonna try on a clean install and see how it goes with just installing 0.4, I have bad FPS as it is so I hope all the posts talking about FPS loss and lag are incorrect or something.

RIP looks like everyone is going to have to do fresh reinstall and get all their mods/plugins/scripts again. A lot of compatibility issues with plugins and call out plugins. Well that was honestly to be expected, time to do the ol' 3-5 hour downloading and testing plugins and callout packs. Folks you are going to have to do your mods and plugins and everything ONE BY ONE and load in game and test it. It's gonna be a long night.

Dang shocked nobody is talking about the new lack of spherical shape on all the corners. Before it looked very round and EVERY edge was rounded off. Now it actually has some shape and design to it. I don't like " boxy " cars but having a square corner is not a bad thing either. I personally like the new look!.

Lol Sam and the other Developers have you guy's right where they want you. Rest assured, they would not have made this thread with the title it has if there was no released planned for this month. It is coming. And we are so late in the month it's only a matter of days at this point. Lets dial back the speculation and presumptions and just try and be patient and await the 28th. Not much more we can do tbh.

Just like this device it will never see service or get in the hands of any cops.

Yeah, if you trigger like a gang altercation deep in a territory all the red blips can quickly all tear down your armor and health. In the Grove Street and Davis areas and such you can actually get killed like that even with no health modifications.

It's compatible with 0.3 so I'm sure it will transfer over to 0.4 like most plugins and callout packs. It's also one of my favorite mod additions, with the amount of charges you can place the sentences really do vary and it's satisfying to see those with serious offenses get the big numbers.

We are closing in on the final weeks of the month, based on that odd's are the release will legit be the last day of this month. If anything expect it a day or two before. It will release this month. This thread would not have been made with the phrase " Coming In February " in it otherwise.
