    reskin this is a hundred percent a ped that majorpaine2015 made, and all credit to majorpaine2015. all that's been completed is a reskin change which was completed by me download this then add the texture file to that. some touch up to complete minor. will slowly work on this thought i would upload mine one i use as there is no NZ POLICE peds more nz police to come

    is this added straight in the xml file for the els cars?? as the vehicle rfp don't have EXample Wail 01 as a file name
