"Beating" is too general of a term that is used to ask about this topic. Too many people don't understand the difference between abuse and discipline. Discipline is a good thing, and it is lacking in the younger generations of society. Abusing a child through severe beating and torture is wrong, and will potentially turn them into abusive people or affect their mental state. Spanking a child will not affect them in this manner, and when they're young, especially, it can be used to teach a child right and wrong early on. I believe most don't understand what a "spank" is either. It's a swift and temporary slap on one's rear end that will not harm them,

I'm happy that I helped! I guess I've just had a lot of practice, and I've experienced a lot of different scenarios with car modding.

It is most likely a problem with the wheel model's offset and orientation. I don't think it has to do with the chassis and vehiclename.wft dummies. Enable "Keep Object" and center the offset of the wheel to itself (Center to Object). Then, reset the wheelmesh's offset and orientation to the parent. Make sure you have the "Keep Object" option disabled for this part.

I completely agree with you. It would be just like Miami Vice! I made one using the Vice City Rage model a long while back. It wasn't ELS, but it just used a regular IV rotary light. Perhaps I'll make my own conversion some time soon.

People, such as this individual, waste too much time of police officers and law enforcers internationally. It's simply ridiculous, because these men and women are out to keep the public safe when it comes down to it.
