You may consider to monitor real time GPU temperatures & fan duty. There are a lot of great applications around: MSI Afterburner or Asus GPU Tweak, just to name a few. Anyway, as stated before, remember to periodically clean computer's internal components (fans above all) from "killer" dust. p.s. Be careful with those applications: playing with values (as clock, voltages or manual fan control) may be *very* dangerous for GPU safety.

I'm sorry to tell you, but GTA IV will not run properly on that notebook because of the Intel integrated VGA. In my opinion HP is not a good manufacturer for end-users notebooks: they tend to break very easily, their life expectancy is pretty low. Furthermore, in this specific case, it seems to me an overpriced product.

Unfortunately AdditionalCopCarModels doesn't seem to work with (vanilla) civilian cars: tried different values (like Admiral & Oracle) with no success at all. Looking forward about this feature (use civ cars as duty ones), it's really interesting to me.

If ToggleSirenMode is set to None it will simply not work at all, because no key is mapped to toggle it.
