Because it's a relatively low mid-range card, and imo not really future proof, further more I really don't think you need an aftermarket cooler, unless you are purchasing an overclockable processor.
The i5 4440 is a locked processor so you won't be able to overclock that.
Getting your case air flow up to par is more important.
 
What I did, and you'd have to be a little bit of a diy'er is I sawed 2 holes in the top of my case, and put 2 fans in with 2 fan protectors as finishing touch.
This got my case temp down by 20 degrees, and I'm not kidding. (I'm running an R9 390/ 8GB which gets particularly hot)
This is just an idea of what you 'could' do.
BTW this is a sharkoon Rex 3 Value case which didn't come with top vents.
It also had a 'smoke' plexiglass pane in it, which I replaced for a 'clear' one.

hey :D i just wanted to stop by and say how much i'm enjoying your videos. you've got some good content and i think the quality is just fine!! good idea to get more views is to do state patrols. everybody likes seein their own state in a video. just make sure ya put the state name in the video title so its easy to find in the search remember there are k9 patrols and partner patrols you could do as well. keep up the good work

Sam Just kinda curious,I got flagged for something that was supposedly not related to LSPDFR,which was! But you have no problem with this?The person who us doing the flagging is some kid from Australia.He see he was doing it to others also I saw.
Mostly out west,I live in MN this was years ago.I don't think they do it in MN.Its not a real common thing but they do do it! they have lines on the highway and the use a clock stop and time it between the lines.It is subject to human error,is why I think  alot don't use it anymore.
Remember here in the US our money is printed out of thin air by a Private Bank,so yea we got plenty of money.

planes clock people,then radio a car on the ground, i have gotten  a ticket this way but beat it,as the pilot should only be flying and a 2nd person should do the clocking.most people do not know this FAA rules

Realism Dispatch Enhanced 
 
As if the release of ELS-V wasn't enough, we've also been spoiled today by the latest release of Realism Dispatch Enhanced.  RDE is a massive modification that brings loads of new lore-friendly models and textures for vehicles, models and even police stations.  Also new in RDE 3.0 is a custom wanted level system that not only re-introduces the six star wanted level, but also fully utilizes all of the new assets added by the RDE modification, meaning that should the player become wanted in the airport, for example, they will be chased by airport police.

Once I pulled over Victoria Justice (teen TV star) and it said she was an "Off Duty LSPD Officer"... "Treat Accordingly" - so I arrested her too!

I vaguely remember seeing his name pop up before, not sure if I pulled him over or it just showed when I ran a random plate.
I've come across quite a few "famous" people though, several of them got ticketed, might have arrested a few too.
Also beat up Ash Catchem with a nightstick once. I had to because he was refusing to co-operate, and it had absolutely nothing to do with the fact I don't like pokemon and think he's got a stupid name. Go ask Internal Affairs, they cleared me too.

I pulled over a girl in gta4 and her name (Yes HER!) was Hard Rock. First off that's a guy's name if anything and second of all who would name their kid "Hard Rock" xD

Well, I always remember the GTA IV Taxi drivers named "Tracie"
when I played LCPDFR. There were so many of them! :D
