I mean, I never really had plans to do any skinning and release it on LSPDFR. But, if you really like something like this. I am more than welcome to try and create what you desire. Feel free to send me some screenshots or details like what text you want (via PM) and when I get a free moment or two, I'll will definitely start work on it. Quality. Enough Said. No criticisms really. I like how you even recorded and provided a time-lapse of your 'Speed-Run'. Even though the video is running very quick (obviously). It still taught me a thing or two and showed me some nice techniques. 4K Quality is obviously a plus, or should it be the norm? Someone may correct me on that. But 4K is fantastic as always. To anyone out there looking to improve their texturing. I highly suggest watching these timelapses just to see how some texture artists actually produce their work. Or if you can find actual videos of them working on it. Go for it. Learn from people like @CHR1570PH3R, and he even puts his discord link in the description, so join it and I'm sure he's willing to answer questions! If I was being super, super picky. (And I mean super picky). Then I would say the only thing that bothers me is the four red stripes at the back of the charger. They are not the same width and the ones you showed in the picture. But since it's 'Based' off of that livery. I cannot really complain at all about it. On a serious note though, I'm always glad to see you skins and uploads @CHR1570PH3R. You always provide high quality textures that you put a huge amount of time into and undoubtedly, effort. I look forward to seeing your next piece of artwork.

@CHR1570PH3R Well, yeah. I come on this site almost everyday to see what is new. And it frustrates me that all I see is skins in which it is clear that these people put little to no effort into whatsoever. So I decided to prove a point. In total, this skin took me about 20 minutes. I wasn't trying to be highly accurate. But I kept testing the skin in OpenIV to ensure all the text and badges were not in awkward places and skewed in anyway. I believe I went through about ten iterations of this skin before I was finally happy. And hey, he challenged me to make a skin myself, so I did.

I understand it's a ghost skin. But google Drug Interdiction Vehicle and you can see what I mean. there is a lot more to it than 2 lines of text on either side. For example; Faint, be still more of a present livery...

I don't even think this requires a reason why this isn't a good livery. Anyone can create a solid color template. There isn't even a need for more advanced software. Paint on windows could easily replicate this. To the author. I'd highly suggest going thinking about your work you put on this site. Ask yourself one question: - Can this piece of work be easily replicated by someone else? If so, find some other design. Hell, people like lore friendly versions of real life departments. Google some departments from counties and cities (EXCLUDE LAPD/NYPD/CHP) and try to replicate their design, font and color scheme. Make there be something more to this than some text and a plain color. I understand what your going for, but please, there needs to be more other than 2 lines of text either side. Google Drug Interdiction Vehicle and see what you find. Even a larger badge/text/livery on the door would be more welcoming. Do not support this kind of behaviour on our site. If you want to learn how to texture, please go on the forums and ask/learn yourself. TAKE YOUR TIME! Do not rush it. Many of the really good authors such as BradM and harrison90 spend hours on their work. How is a PNG file 128MB's anyway?

How is it a livery when there is just one solid color, or to correct that, only two lines of text either side. Anyone with any kind of software like paint could recreate this. It takes less than 3 seconds...

Are you a new user to the ELS System? If so, the menu you have open in the game does not work alongside ELS. So they simply will not turn on. By default, 'J' will be the key to turn on your lights with 'G' being the key to activate your siren. There are many more buttons to learn, in which, I suggest you read up on the Controls PDF that is supplied in the ELS Download Folder under 'Documentation' (I believe). I'm only guessing by the fact that menu is open that you are a new user to ELS. Correct me if I'm wrong. But hopefully I've helped.

Correct. For the responding (AI) units to have different hubcaps, yet retain a single CVPI in only one of the police slots (instead of having like 3 of the same CVPIs in the 3 police slots with the only difference being the hubcaps). It would be difficult. It would mean BradM would have to mess around with the extras/components in order to allow a CVPI (in this case) to spawn with different hubcaps. Now, I, myself, not being a modeller in any sense (although I would love to learn), have no idea how much work that would need. Surely a experience modeller could let you know. But the main concern to me would be ensure your ELS doesn't conflict with the components as ELS uses components to generate your different flash patterns - to which to modellers put on the vehicles. I suck at explaining things, but I hope you get the idea I'm trying to put across.

I recommend to install this CVPI wheel pack by BxBugs. It gives you all different types of Hubcaps. I never use my game without it In regards to your issues. Ensure you have ELS installed correctly, specifically the advancedhookV.dll. Just to be safe, I would consider reinstalling ELS. You can do so without changing any of the ELS configurations of each individual vehicle by just replacing the ELS.asi, ELS Config File, and the AdvancedHookV.dll. Hope this helps, let me know if it doesn't and I'll try to find a solution.
