  1. Spent that past few hours trying some stuff out, i think the issue is Police Smart Radio rather than Traffic Policer. Both out my game, i'm able to perform traffic stops, ask for ID etc, all fine. Traffic policer in on its own seems to work ok, no crashing on traffic stops. Add in smart radio, the crash asking for ID comes back. I also have a weird ambient crash i can't quite figure out right now, a look at the logs seems to suggest something different every time but seems most consistently linked to LSPDFR spawning in police models nearby. Sometimes doing it spawning in an officer, sometimes a police car (obviously containing an officer, so i think the ped model may be the root of it)
  2. Mine is crashing too every time i ask for ID. Pretty sure it's traffic policer because i've also had a couple of ambient crashes on patrol when i think TP was generating an ambient event.
This is genuinely a game changer. Yes, it takes a little bit for it to feel natural to use, but once you've worked it out, it's brilliant. The fact you can now seal off areas properly, seal off streets, close down lanes of traffic etc to conduct investigations or allow more safe working room (i recommend stopping all traffic to allow you to set up a cordon or seal an area off then reopen it once you have taped it off) is just fantastic and adds a whole new layer of realism and all new possibilities. 10/10, would cordon off again.
  3. Well i can't speak for anyone else but personally i'm not uploading any LSPDFR for the foreseeable future. I know how these things kinda work and they'll be on the lookout for an example to make. It's just not worth the risk for Youtubers. For bigger youtubers like them, it's a potential livelihood ender if Rockstar chase them. We need to see how things shake out in future.
  4. latest livestream finally up on Youtube
  5. I've recently started doing livestreams, this is the one from a few days ago (audio issues fixed in second one, which will be uploaded tonight on Youtube), my Twitch is here https://www.twitch.tv/videos/139900722
  6. no. if you have the right folder copied to the mods folder, then go into edit mode, find the file you want to replace, right click and hit "replace", then select your file in the window, that way you have complete control over what you're replacing and know it's actually replacing what you want, where you want.
  7. I find replacing the files rather than dragging them in works best. (Also in a mods folder), that makes sure they are assigned to the correct slots. Also make sure all your loaders etc are installed in Open IV so the game loads the modded files from the mods folder and not the originals.
  8. Ok, do you have a mods folder? i really think it's something crashing on loading in the "world", i has a similar issue once when i first installed a custom ambulance.
  9. It's hard to say, but i'd hazard a guess at it being a RPH or Direct X issue itself. Are you running the latest RPH version? if so i'd re-download and reinstall that first and take it from there.
