So I reinstalled everything to trying to get windows live to work, I always get that theres a thing thats disabled that needed to be inabled to work and it tells me to do this "Click Start, Click Run, Type Services.msc in the open box, and then click ok. In the Name list, locate and then double-click background intelligent transfer service, Make sure the startup type is automatic" Well Intelligent transfer service is not in there, I looked for it acouple of times... Help?? I think this is my issue

Well, I have made all the accounts signed in, it said it has a update to for games for windows live, and I have to do it, So I do it and it pops up "Can't download the update, Make sure you are connected to the internet, 0x80070424". Yes, I am connected to the internet, Thanks

Okay, Since I downloaded lcpdfr it messed up the game, so I restored it back to when I bought the game, and it works now, I just have to download lcpdfr and hopefully it works.. yes i was I tried everything i swear lol

I did that, but the error went away but it still says gta has stopped working right when I try to open it.

When I try to start up gta Iv it says "GTA IV FATAL ERROR: RMN40" How do I fix that

Well when i try to pull someone over i put my lights on with "g" and press "shift" so it tells them to pull over. Then it tells me to follow the car till it pulls over. It pulls over and then when i get out it says traffic cancelled or something like that? why?

The title says it all. When i press start and then right after it is gonna load into the game it pops up "windows has stopped working" Then i went and updated my patch and now it says this "The ordinal 5365 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dill" i can't even open gta iv now? So i went and found xlive.dill in my recycle bin and i restored that and it still doesn't work. What do i do... :(
