Found this one a while back and wanted to make it but my texturing skills were absolute shit so here it is now in it's beauty. Love this department, it's simple and sleek. (impressive right? /s) I've always liked the look of South Carolina State Transport Police and I thought they would make a great pack. I tried to make it as accurate as possible but there isn't a lot of information about their equipment and vehicles so I had to guess and make changes where I could.

Hello everyone! I'm sure a lot of you know that earlier this month U had "quit" LSPDFR. I chose to leave the site due to the situations happening in the community at the time. The atmosphere of the community and the site was pretty bad and I just felt as if I needed to take a break. Another main reason I left was in support of some fellow developers. They had brought up some great points and I decided to tag along in their "protest" so to say. Recently, It seems to have cleared up and there is less drama and controversy in the community and I have decided to return. I do realize that my "I quit car" was very unprofessional and unnecessary and I apologize for that completely. Aside from all of that, I hope you enjoy this simple two car Paleto Bay Police pack. A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

A: You may be doing something wrong, or I may have fucked something up. If you do find a bug or have a question please comment with a screenshot or video to give me a better idea of what is wrong and I will get back to you.
 
Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

Information:
Well, retirement didn't turn out for what it was gunna be. Plus, I made some personal packs and felt selfish that the community couldn't enjoy them too. So here you are, the first pack post-retirement. It's getting cold and snowy, so as always I turn to the friendly neighbours north of the US, CANADA! This pack is loosely based off Halton PD, and I've tried to make similar lights to the ones I've seen from pictures (Thank you NBKPhotography on Flickr!). Also, this should be the last pack using the kinda poor FPIU 2013 base, I have a different one know to use. So enjoy this pack in the snowy (or not) climates of San Andreas this winter.

What's up, everyone?
Today I present you with the Berkeley County Sheriffs Office. I have noticed a lack of good decent BCSO textures so I decided to release these here. I have been using these in my more recent LSPDFR episodes (linked below) This is lore-friendly and a W.I.P 
If you come across a template you would like this on just comment on this and let me know which one and
I'll be sure to add it as soon as I can. All liveries have a reflective look to them but do not 
actually reflect unless you use the "reflective" png and that only works on cars that have that 
capbility. Cars like that can be found by @Walters or @RobertTM
These are not guaranteed to fit all their templates. It does fit some though
 
 
Right now it includes
2006 CVPI - 5 liveries (one K9) and a reflective livery also includes a K9 window and regular window  
2014 Charger -  4, Liveries and a reflective livery
2016 FPIU - Two templates (same template different plate locations), 4 liveries and a reflective each.
2016 FPIS - 4, liveries and a reflective livery.
2018 Charger -  2 different templates, 3 liveries each and a reflective livery each.
 
 
You are NOT to RIP, MODIFY or re-upload any of MY work. This CAN NOT be used in
