  1. Exactly - here in the UK for instance its restricted to pretty much police use only.
  2. Most European countries that restrict firearms ownership also restrict incapacitant sprays, so unlike your friend's airsoft one of these may not even be allowed in public.
  3. Hi all, I'm not one for requests normally but I'm hopelessly useless with modelling so I figured I'd give this a try. Would like to see a couple of GTA V cars with the GTA V police light bar, I think most of these are out there unlocked (maybe?): Kuruma Radius Asterope, Surge, or Tailgater (not bothered which) Will happily work in skins if need be! Thanks in advance lovely people.

...how do you make a screenshot to show off a script? WHAT IS THIS? This mod is designed partially address the taxi bug, and partially to diversify traffic around Liberty City slightly. HOW DOES IT DO THAT? In its simplest terms, it spawns cars. Unlikely most traffic "fixes" though this script is geared towards public service, construction, delivery vehicles, and some emergency service vehicles including those that don't normally spawn in traffic such as the Bus and Limo, as well as added vehicles. This script pack allows you to set what vehicles you want spawning, how often, and who's driving/riding in them. Every now and then, you might even see a fire truck go by with its lights and sirens on... WHAT ABOUT REGULAR CARS? These scripts aren't for that. BUT WHY? Because I said so. SERIOUSLY? Ok, if you're really concerned about regular traffic, this is meant to work with Sam's Use Traffic Flow for cars, use this for bigger vehicles. As for emergency vehicles, that's in the works in the future. I BET IT'S FULL OF BUGS AND STUFF THAT'LL MAKE THE GAME CRASH EVERY 5 SECONDS It really shouldn't. That said, known issues: - When vehicles are set to spawn far away they may end up not spawning at all - Vehicles may spawn in places they were not meant to/get stuck in. Blame the AI's bad driving. - Messing up the settings file may result in the script not working, though I doubt that should be surprising to anyone. - Once loaded into memory vehicles may continue to spawn outside of the script with the wrong driver/passengers. This is a mostly BETA release, so if you do find something else wrong let me know. Or don't, if you don't want me to fix it/care.
  4. Yar, sorry, turns out I was just being really really brainfried. Thanks all!
  5. Right, call this a bit of a daft one but I've never actually messed with .ini files all that much beyond the real basics. Suppose I have an option in my array like below: [POLICE CARS] Models = police,police2,police3 How would I load those models into an array? Neither GetValueString() nor GetValueModel appear to have methods for directly translating into arrays - would I have to create a function that essentially translates the entire string into smaller strings? EDIT: Oh hah ignore me, completely forgot about the String.Split method...
  6. Random factoid, Home Office force #11 is Durham Constabulary - Cleveland is #17. So technically where the RPU is concerned we have Durham Constabulary vehicles patrolling Cleveland force area.
  7. Lt Caine's non-ELS Esperanto with a custom skin on it from the looks of it - http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=200
  8. Those shows tend to attach to particular teams within particular forces for a season, i.e. South Yorkshire Police's Road Crime Unit.
  9. You can in theory replace any car with any other car as long as you update the appropriate data files, so yes. Bear in mind though by default policew does not actually count as a police car, so you will see civilians driving it.
