Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my latest pack of vehicles. It has been quite some time since I've uploaded to LSPDFR.com, but I'm excited to get back on here and share what I've been able to develop. I'll be sure to read any comments that come in regarding this pack!

I honestly can't believe we've hit over 10k views! Along with 845 Downloads. So glad you guys enjoy this pack.
 
2014 Caprice: caprice_sign_1 2010 Charger: 09chgr_sign_1 2014 Charger: chr2_sign_1 2016 Charger: charger_sign_1 2018 Charger: charg_sign_1 (Rangerz),(Gump) 2016 FPIU: explor_sign_1 2010 Silverado: silverado_sign_1 2011 CVPI: cvpi_sign_1 & Dawkins_cvpi_1 2016 Taurus(FPIS): tau_sign_1 2015 Tahoe: tahoe_sign_1 Bearcat: Bearcat_sign_1  
These were made with Templates that came with JJDawkins Packs. these skins work with his vehicles for sure, as I personally tested them in game as I developed the skins. He used two cvpi templates, so there is the standard cvpi_sign_1, as well as dawkins_cvpi_1 in case you happen to use his (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!) Also most of the skins work with this pack specifically from JJ. 🙂

The Bearcat will work with any "Riot.ytd" that contains the "bearcat_sign_1" png file. 🙂

This pack contains skins for the above vehicles. The templates were from JJDawkin's Sheriff Mega Pack, as well as a 2015+ Charger from t0y.

################ REQUIREMENTS ################
-OpenIV
-One of the previously mentioned vehicle models
 
################ INSTALLATION ################
Navigate to the vehicle model you want to add the skin to via OpenIV. For example, here is where my vehicle is installed:
 
GTA V > mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > patchday11ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf.
 
I will use the police slot as an example.
 
In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > police.ytd > chr2_sign_1 > Replace > chr2_sign_1 > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)
 
Each vehicle skin contains 8 variations in the download. I have sorted it by Department (LSPD & WBPD). This allows you to simply install 4 of either one at once. If you need to change the vehicle slot it is in, change the police.ytd to whichever Police/Sheriff/FBI slot you are using. If you want to change the livery slot, change the 1 in "charger2_sign_1" to the slot you want to use.

Each vehicle skin contains 8 variations in the download. I have sorted it by Department (LSPD & WBPD). This allows you to simply install 4 of either one at once. v1.0/v.1.1 contains both "Red" and "Clear" skins, allowing you to either go with the standard color from Prairie Heights, or choose a color of your liking.
 
Another feature prominent in v1.1 & 1.2 is lore friendly variants - LOS SANTOS & PALETO BAY Police Departments are now available.

Carlton is a small town north of McMinnville, West of Portland Oregon. I've always liked their cars, and noticed there was no Carlton representation in the community! 
 
This upload includes up to version 3.0. The 2011-2014 Charger skin is made using the HighSpeedGaming template. This includes BXBUGGS, HIM1250, GUMP, JJDawkins and many other modeler's chargers of the corresponding years will work with this.
 
The 2011-2014 Tahoe skin with work with JJDawkins ELS Mega Pack Tahoe (2014 without siderunners... possibly with them as well? Haven't tried it).
 If you feel like researching which models it works for outside of the HSG template, please let me know your results :) I'd be happy to edit and add new files that match with other templates as well.

P.S. To get more of a matte shine on the blue vehicles like the original patrol cars have, I found using the Trainer to set a "Graphite" color on main helps bring that matte shine :)

In OpenIV click "Edit Mode" > police.ytd > chr2_sign_1 > Replace > chr2_sign_1 > verify the background is the correct texture > Save > Close OpenIV.  > Play GTA V :)
 
Each vehicle skin contains 8 variations in the download. I have sorted it by Department (LSPD & WBPD). This allows you to simply install 4 of either one at once. If you need to change the vehicle slot it is in, change the police.ytd to whichever Police/Sheriff/FBI slot you are using. If you want to change the livery slot, change the 1 in "charger2_sign_1" to the slot you want to use.

This pack contains skins for the above vehicles. The templates were from JJDawkins/Mr.Kindness's LSPD Mega Pack. These skins should also work with other vehicle models using the same templates. (If you test this on other vehicle models, please let me know if they work, or need adjustments, I'd be happy to expand the use of these files.) 
 
There are 8 variations for each vehicle (currently 4 cars). I have included the blue (matching the real department) and a clear version of the solid color and two-tone skins. Clear skins allow you to choose a different color if you want in game using a trainer, (such as Simple Trainer) Thank you for downloading my West Buechel Kentucky Police Department Texture. :) Please leave a comment or review with your thoughts. I know the CHARGER CVPI TAHOE and IMPALA are from the LSPD Mega Pack. I believe the sheriff pack also works, but i need to confirm this :P

P.S. To get more of a matte shine on the blue vehicles like the original patrol cars have, I found using the Trainer to set a "Graphite" color on main helps bring that matte shine :)

This is a Paleto Bay skin for JJDawkins mega pack. His cars are great and I keep reverting back to this mega pack because they are simply amazing. Hopefully these skins can be used by some members in the community.  Thanks to JonnhyCZGc for the first to beautiful screen shots.  Looking forward to community reviews or comments.

Tonight members of LCPDFR. I present to you a DEV Tahoe for you modelers to use. Why did I do this model? Because frankly the original person who made a Tahoe close to this one wasn't really the nicest about me asking to convert his. Well... after that I just decided to find it and convert it myself. Took about a few months before I found it. So I converted it and made it way better than his base because why not? Hell I don't want to keep this model to myself like most. I want this to be released to you guys as ya'll deserve such. Please. Enjoy it.

Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Gauge's are mapped to the taxigen guage texture  Notes:
Model is over 90,000. This is mostly due to the interior. If demanded I will add a LQ interior as a option. Stock plates are removable. Just delete the plates in polygon mode by material selecting "vehicle_genericmud_car" material Unlocked for developmental usage, give credits as always As accurate as possible to the 2013 model year Updates might come in the near future If I missed a credit, missed something, or whatever please contact me anytime and I'll be happy to fix or resolve whatever the problem may be with cooperation.
