Search for hat in open iv and then click search everywhere so openiv will go through all the game files. If you can't find hat then search for cowboy or cow.

try to use a different car

change the keybinding of your gta v pause menu there is a primary and secondary key. change the secondary key to the menu key which locate next to the right alt key or change it to something else that doesn't conflict with something. that should solve the problem

try make gta v use your gpu instead of cpu or the opposite i am not using amd so i don't know how try searching it

does it only happen to certain vehicle it is likely that the author make the window tint in zmod

seems like a game file problem reinstall the whole game

maybe you click way too many time when enter the game or clicking it without knowing try to click on the launch icon once which will highlight it and then press enter on your keyboard see if that work
