Nope. I have tried with all police vehicles modded with ELS but it only crashes after an hour of game play or when i call noose.

Can some one help me? WHenever i star the game it crashes immediately due to ELS. I am reinstalling the game now. Oh By the way it was working fine yesterday.

Hey guys, sorry again another update. The Citrus Height PD skins are up and the rest of the skins are in their final phase. The release date is still unconfirmed. it should be around next week. go next to the civilian and press E. or aim at the civilian and press alt + R and follow instructions

You need to save and rebuild the game. For me i will not change all the cars at one go but each time i saved and rebuilt, i will close the Vehicle.img and reopen it to mod the next one. I hoped i Helped.
