Having used both PPM and LCPDFR, I can only say that LCPDFR has provided me a far more better experience playing a cop in GTA IV. It has this more in depth feel when you play it. Even though PPM has certain callouts that are different, It's nothing like LCPDFR's callouts. Playing LCPDFR only makes things better that any other police mod I played. This is the best mod I've ever seen and played. The experience LCPDFR gives me cannot be described..... As it's too good to even describe it.... Sam, This Mod is awesome and It rocks!!! :laugh:

A little update: Running into technical problems lately. I do apologize for the constant delays. I should be releasing the skins soon. I have settled the photoshop problems. However, I am currently having problems with the internet connection. I should be able to mitigate the problem ASAP with the help of some professionals. Thks for your understanding

I am really unsure how to edit the handling.dat file. I modded the polpatriot to cj24's FBI Tahoe. and i need to change the handling line but not sure how to properly edit it such that the game works. If anyone could help it would be great. Thks
