I only use the traffic advisor lights (yellow) when I'm in the middle of the road or on the busy roads during traffic stops. When it comes to callouts, unless it is a shots fired I will usually turn off everything including lights and sirens as I turn into the street.

If no handling lines came with the car you downloaded search the forum for Sgt.Kanyos handling lines, and find the one for the dodge charger.

It's because the vehicles are ELS enabled. When the lights are on, ELS repeatedly loads the vehicle over and over again to give the effect of the lights flashing. This means that any damage is fixed as its pretty much a different car.

What key is it you want to change? As far as I know it's not currently possible. have a look in the FirstResponse.ini file located in the scripts folder but I doubt there is anything of use there.

I partially agree with break, The 5 first shots were justified as it was evident that the dog would have no effect after the guy didn't even flinch from the taser. I don't think the shot to the back and the other 4 while he was down were justified though. I would have thought that 5 shots would have been enough. Having said that the adrenaline, and the fear for himself and the others around him would have been a massive factor affecting the officers actions. I think that the criminal was swinging for that officer with intent to injure him and 5 lethal shots were definitely justified.
