You simply change the name of the vehicle files and VCF file to the desired name such as POLICE, FBI2, etc.

Not all plugins are started up on load by Rage, you may need to go on duty (forceduty in f4 if you have Simple Trainer) for them to start.

NYPD has been using compact cars for a couple years now. Their size makes it much easier to navigate through busy city traffic. Though must admit they aren't very intimidating, like at all actually.

But like you said, most people only come on here for a question then never come back, so how would they enforce that? Surely the mods have better things to do than to sift through all the posts to find solved problems.

OPs should just edit the topic and write something along the lines of "problem solved" when they are done. That's the best for what we have currently. But yeah I agree maybe if there was some way without having to even open the topic, that would be neat.
