I think the star is a little too modern for a mid-nineties livery. How about, getting rid of the stripes in the star, and make the star symmetrical? Also, move the "POLICE" up a bit so it doesn't run into the trim. I guess you can also try moving "LIBERTY COUNTY" to the front fender to see how it looks.

You don't really need to change what is listed for SuspectTransporterModels. Most of the time, either Police or Police2 come to take the suspect away; if you want to be thorough, find an SUV or van that has ELS and replace the stock pstockade. As long as you have a custom car for both police and police2, with ELS-cars, it should be good.

Hey, making it to 2 hours is VERY GOOD in my opinion. My game usually lasts no longer than about 30-40 minutes. An hour if I'm lucky (or I'm just driving around lol).

Completed all cars for my Policia de Puerto Rico (Puerto Rico State Police) new-livery mini skin pack. DSF CVPI, Bugs's Tahoe, and Kevin's Caprice PPV. Four unit numbers of each will be included. I tried to make it as accurate as I can, I believe this has been one of the more difficult ones I've done lol. Those stripes took a lot of experimenting. Features actual fonts. I took a little creative freedom with the rear unit numbers since PPR has them on the rear windows, and I didn't want to deal with window templates =P Release soon. More after the break =) -

You would need to swap out the car in the police2 slot (or police slot if you're using police2 as your custom car) with another custom car that is built for ELS. Otherwise, you would need to modify the _SLOTCONTROL.ini file in the ELS folder underneath your main GTAIV folder, and make sure that all cars except for your custom car is set to "off" to disable ELS on all the other cars.

Thanks for the offer, but my Caprice PPV is already half done, and as far as I can tell, they don't use the Charger or the FPIU.
