Well known problem. Only happens on a select number of un-lucky people. For me, I just keep playing, and everything eventually loads back out. Hopefully a fix will come around soon.

If your still looking for a good spot, follow these directions. After starting at your safe house in Bohan, drive straight, and you will hit a fork, take the left, and continue down there. It will turn to a highway, with an ON RAMP to your left, and the road continues if you go straight. Continue STRAIGHT without taking the ramp, and keep driving slowly along that road, and after the first or second stop light, you will see a Bill Board on the side of the road, I think its for some sort of hamburger... I usually back right behind it, and turn off my lights. People CONSTANTLY run the stop light right after that bill board.

Bump. Come on people, I dont want to have to try to do all the criminals myself!

Here we go 1) MAKING IT MANDATORY to walk back to your car, get in, and wait for a few mins as if to simulate running the plates and licence. IN THIS TIME the driver CAN (not all the time) take off. 2) Instead of "DATE OF BIRTH" show if the driver has warrants, insurance, or anything else? What do you think?
