The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Is there a default keybind for doing the breath/drugalyzer in the traffic policer mod? It says in the .ini file that it is binded to "O" but it doesnt work. Do I need to bring up another menu to enable it?

When you have read the pdf file there you saw what RedBullGermany has say, please read first all the readme files and pdf files from the mod/plugins before using it.
