I there an mod were you have an option to call an Insurance company ore the right owner when you find the stolen vehicle

 

Traffic Policer by Albo1125 does provide an option to call the insurance company. :)

Thanks but I Use already Traffic Police by Albo1125 and I saw no  option to call the insurance company

But I will install it again perhaps it will work then.

Whoops, my bad. Calling an insurance company is on of the features in Arrest Manager, not the Traffic Policer. Install Arrest Manager and then use CTRL+H (default) while in game.
