    The install pack uses into own folder and creates its own carcols that only applies to that car.

    Go to vehicles.meta under police 2, go to flags line and add FLAGS_EXTRAS_STRONG Yes and yes The new game update messed up everyone's bright lights. I believe bugs just updated radiance v for the new update so try that. His oiv pack uses its own carcols and car variations as well as a couple other files. You should use the oiv pack... if you put it in another slot, just change the entry in the car variations provided to any vehicle slot you like. Just make sure the vehicle name matches.

    Go into your vehicles meta, go to the police4 entry, under the flag line, add FLAG_HAS_LIVERY Yes that gameconfig will likely fix that issue @officerAMR is far more experienced than I but PM me as I can likely assist with meta issues

    California statue requires that all emergency vehicles must have at least one steady burning red light. Not sure if that's why they did the spotlight red but that is completely accurate with an actual commercial highway patrol explorer.

    You have to install as an add on as it says in the title. This can then be edited in the xml file for police radio so the correct model spawns when u call you the coroner. I dont want to make assumptions but this is all likely in his readme
