Here we, now this is a start, not the best work but you're new. It's blurry skin and needs work, but you're getting there. Keep making skins and overtime you'll be better. Got to give you 4/5 stars for effort and I'm glad it's not just a plain color texture. Keep it man!

Well, I don't know where to begin. Your lines are way to thick and need to be smaller, also the lines aren't lined up the correct way, your outline on ''Jupiter Police'' is way to thick as well, it needs to be thing, also the font is wrong and the text needs to be way smaller, the skin is very low quality, you can see pixels in the skin. Jupiter police doesn't even have 2015 K9 Tahoes (could be fictional. I'd fix the stuff I listed to futher improve your skin!

  8. You're right! California emegency vehicles don't have steady burns or amber in the rear of the vehicle. Our bad. Still can't believe no department follows that law that states you have to have a steady burn on the vehicle. No, every California emegency vehicle has a steady burn, either you're blind or your little brain can't comprehend the simple task of looking at a lightbar. I mean come on dude, look at a video on YouTube of CHP and or LAPD, they have steady burns. I also don't think you've ever been in a police car, you can't just turn off a light. Certain siren controllers can do certain things to a lights on the vehicle, but never have i heard that you can just turn off a single steady burn light. So in all reality, they can't turn it off. No offense. Law right here if you would like to read up on it. https://govt.westlaw.com/calregs/Document/I02F02240D46911DE8879F88E8B0DAAAE?viewType=FullText&originationContext=documenttoc&transitionType=CategoryPageItem&contextData=(sc.Default)
