These are just some generic skins I tossed together for the F550 wrecker model by DeezNutties and the flatbed model by Thero. Modding DLC Pack V allows for a simplified installation process of peds, weapons, vehicles and meta file entries - both for addons and replacements.
 
After installing the Modding DLC Pack V OIV file, you can do the following, all from one central folder:
Install unlimited addon/replacement peds and addon peds.meta entries; Install replacement weapons; Install unlimited addon/replacement vehicles including support for vehicles.meta, carvariations.meta and handling.meta; Add custom names to your (addon) vehicles; Easily restore all of the above after a GTA 5 update.  
Please ensure to carefully read the supplied README.pdf file for tutorials and guides on how to do all of the above. I have also done a video tutorial series (see above) showing how to perform all of the above properly.

Real Police Stations by Yorpie 

This mod aims to replace the LSPD stations with LAPD and LSSD offices with LASD ones. 

The stations in La Mesa, Mission Row, Vespucci and Vinewood have been given a LAPD makeover, as well as the interior for the Mission Row police station.

The sheriff offices in Davis, Sandy Shores and Paleto Bay also have received new textures. This also includes the interiors for both sheriff offices, you need the Open All Interiors script to enter these 

I would like to thank every other modder on this site who made any kind of texture for the police stations for making them, as it would have been a pain to find all the textures without any guidance and I would also like to thank artkrime as his real life retexture of two of the police stations gave me the idea to make this project. 

I hope you all enjoy the mod and if you have suggestions or constructive feedback, leave them in the comments and I'll make sure to read it.

I simply edited the skin that's available from LtRob Chicago Police Texture pack for the GMC Savana.
I also edited the emergency lights texture and the ELS XML file that is included with the model to have all blue lights.
 
Included in this file is the edited policet.ytd file and the edited ELS XML file, with a Readme.txt and proper Credits.txt

Realistic Emergency Lighting is a modification that provides realistic flash patterns that have realistic speeds and bright but not blinding emissive lights.
 
There is NO NEED FOR MESSING WITH DLCS, METAS, OR SIRENSETTINGS. All you have to do is REPLACE THREE FILES, and that's it. Great for lazy people like myself 
 
These patterns were inspired by the ones used on police vehicles in the state of Connecticut, but they pretty much apply to all U.S. police vehicles.

Well, some might wonder why I decided to upload a School Bus on this site. Well, I thought this would give a good base for a prison bus or something the likes, hence why I left the model unlocked and provided a wireframe template. Unfortunately I don't have time for that, but perhaps someone is up for it.

Last year the US National Park Service unveiled the new livery for all new US Park Ranger Law Enforcement vehicles starting in 2016. Mt. Chiliad National Park has been gradually repainting their fleet and has acquired several new vehicles with the new liveries. Vehicles now on patrol with the new graphics include old and new Ford Police Interceptor Utilities, two generations of Chevy Tahoes, the Ford F150 Raptor, the Chevy Silverado, and the Dodge Ram 3500. 
Based on close analysis of photos provided by @USRanger213 - a real NPS Law Enforcement Ranger - these 4k skins were recreated in great detail to match the new liveries for US Park Ranger vehicles.  
US Park Rangers are federal law enforcement officers, with all the same powers as any other sworn officer. So, don't hesitate to do some real policing while you're driving around in these new liveries! You can also get the older style NPS Park Ranger skins for the Interceptor Utility, Suburban, and Raptor, as well as US Forest Service Law Enforcement skins for all three of those vehicles, in my Park Ranger Skin Pack.

That's both impolite and usually looks ugly. 

NOTICE: Custom Backup will not be updated for LSPDFR 0.4. The main features, including region customization and weapon selection, have been added to the built-in LSPDFR backup customization files. 
 
 
Custom backup gives you a new level of control in LSPDFR. The key feature of this mod is regionally customized backup, allowing you to set a different response for any area on the map. For any named area of the game (like "Rockford Hills", "Los Santos International Airport", "Sandy Shores", etc.) you can completely customize every level of response just like the built-in backup.xml. The syntax of the CustomBackup.xml file is very similar to the built-in backup.xml, but has numerous additions to increase your control over the game: 
Set a chance for anything! Peds, vehicles, and vehiclesets now all take a chance attribute which controls how likely they are to be chosen. (The built-in backup.xml only lets you set a chance on peds.) Configure vehicle extras, liveries, and colors! You can now set any color you want for any response vehicle, opening up a whole new level of customization for unmarked units. Vehicle extra configuration also works reliably, whereas it seems to have some issues in the built-in backup.xml.  Cop weapon selection! Set a list of weapons to give your backup units, set the probability for each weapon, and decide whether you want them to pick one at random or always get the most powerful one.  Set spawn distance range for each vehicle entry! Every vehicle entry can have a minimum and maximum spawn distance set. This allows for additional realism by making certain units spawn closer or further away. NOOSE SWAT probably isn't just hanging out around the corner, so make them drive in from a mile away. On top of Mt. Chiliad your backup will probably be coming from a long distance, but in Downtown there's probably local patrol units very near by. Your imagination is the limit for leveraging these settings.  Code 2 response with lights! Let's be honest, how often do cops really respond "code 2" with no lights? You can now configure your Code 2 units to respond with lights (but no siren), or to respond with their lights off but turn them on once they arrive and park on scene. YouTube video demo. Integration with Better EMS: Download and install Better EMS, and you can call for an advanced EMS response through the Custom Backup menu.  Integration with Police Smart Radio: Call for backup from your radio! Call Code 2 or Code 3 local backup, or Pursuit and Air Support units.  
Installation instructions are included in the download. Basic installation is pretty easy; just make sure to choose a CustomBackup.xml file to use and put it in place. Advanced usage of the CustomBackup.xml file is explained in great detail in the documentation PDF. 
INSTRUCTIONS TO OVERRIDE DEFAULT LSPDFR BACKUP MENU:
To completely disable the built-in LSPDFR backup menu and use the custom menu instead, follow these instructions.
Edit CustomBackupLocations.ini. Set these settings: CustomBackupMenuKey=B CustomBackupModifier=None OverrideLSPDFRBackup=false Go to the GTA V settings menu  Under Keybindings, go to GTA Online section Change "Look At" from B to something you don't use, like the numpad period Thank you to @vladimir850 for figuring this out!

Hey there!
This is my first modification I've ever did for V. I did it for myself actually, but I wanted to share it with you guys! =)
This mod changes the badge only. Nothing too big. Since I've wanted to stick on vanilla textures and models I took textures from in-game files.
I did 3D mapping too, so the badge will reflect light and such.

While we wait for someone to transform a model of German Shepherd to GTA V, I tried to make a texture for the husky looking like a german shepherd or a belgian shepherd/malinois (I know its not the best but I cant do more with that face...)

SAN ANDREAS MOTOR LAW ENFORCEMENT
This mod add the San Andreas State police motor units as addon peds using the SAHP base peds. You will can play with Los Santos Police Department, Los Santos Sheriff Department and Blaine County Sheriff Office motor units without replacing the SAHP. A perfect mod for those who love the motor law enforcement units roleplaying! ;)

For this new version, I decided to add a readme.txt where you will find the steps of the installation very well explained.

HOW TO USE: 
1. Use a trainer to manually spawn the peds (I use Simple Trainer)
2. I recomend you to use Skin Control mod, that allows you to modify the peds, save it and load it when you want. If not you must manually spawn it with the trainer all time!
So, the first time spawn the ped with the trainer, then open the SkinControl mod, edit the ped and save it. The next time you want to use this ped just use SkinControl to spawn it ;)
