  3. Using the Large Address Aware tool, you can increase the RAM allocated to GTA 4, which may help with the game's memory limitations. Increasing the RAM allowed me to add more vehicles to GTA 4, including those with larger file sizes. https://www.techpowerup.com/forums/threads/large-address-aware.112556/
  4. Do you have any custom vehicles installed? I used to get stuck after leaving the station because the game could not handle the memory load, whether it was unoptimized vehicles or corrupt vehicle models.

  6. Just to let you know, this config includes both Metro LSPD and LSPD. They patrol in different city areas and have their own backup settings. Metro LSPD patrols a majority of the city's downtown and metropolitan areas, while the LSPD patrols virtually everywhere else.

  8. That is intentional as this config aims to bring everything EUP has to offer. If you only want the regular LSPD to respond, you can change LSPDM in backup.xml and replace the Metro patrol zones with LSPD in regions.xml. Then remove LSPD Metro in the CustomRegions.xml file.
