Installation:
Place the Policeold2 .YFT and .YTD files into x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf and delete the .hi+.YTD file.
You need to add the lines below to the mpjanuary2016 carvariations.meta that is located in update/x64/dlcpacks/mpjanuary2016/common/data(or really anyother dlc update that has a carvariations.meta)

This brings back the original HUD (heads up display).

1. Open OpenIV 
2. Enable Edit Mode 
3. Navigate to /GTA V/Update/Update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages 
4. Copy minimap.gfx, minimap.ytd,player_switch.gfx and replace them. 
5. Copy graphics.ytd to x64a.rpf/textures. 
6. Copy hudcolor.dat to update/update.rpf/common/data/ui. 
7. Copy hud_reticle.ytd to update/update.rpf/x64/patch/cdimages/scaleform_generic.rpf/. 
8. Copy hud.ytd to /update/update.rpf/x64/patch/data/cdimages/scaleform_generic.rpf. 
9. Copy frontend.xml to update/update.rpf/common/data/ui/frontend.xml 
10. Copy pause_menu_header.gfx andpause_menu_header.ytd to update/update.rpf/x64/data/cdimages/scaleform_frontend.rpf 
11. Copy player_switch_prologue.gfx andplayer_switch_stats_panel.gfx to update/update.rpf/patch/data/cdimages/scaleform_generic.rpf. 
12. Run GTA V! 

This has the original files as well.

Ford E-450 DEV model 
 
This is a Dev version of the Ford E-450. It is in unlocked state to encourage modders to make their own version and learn from it.
Use of the correct credits is mandatory. 
 
Can be used for many things. Is set that it can be painted. Change it to use skins on it.
 
Credits:
-Original Ford E450 cutaway cab model procured from 3dcadbrowser.com (and provided by Bxbgus123).
- The cab model was converted to GTAIV by Lt.Caine.
- Entire vehicle converted to GTAV by PimDSLR.
- The entire vehicle model was extensively optimized, modified, and templated by Lt.Caine.
- Cab interior is default GTAIV vehicle “Speedo” interior, modified and installed by Lt.Caine.
- Headlights modified and textured by PimDSLR.
- Laptop is generic GTAIV vehicle laptop made by Rockstar Games, modified by Lt.Caine.
- Front siren speakers modelled by DannyBoy1909. Textures by Vertex3D, edited by DannyBoy1909, edited and converted to GTA5 by PimDSLR.
- Wheel rims made by Lt.Caine.

A month in development trying to get it to work with GTA V's Siren System then transitioned EVL and finally finished. These 2 CVPI's are based on the LAPD & LASD but presented as LSPD & LSSD Fleet Vic's. Features a reworked Arjent made to work with EVL, accurate interior's to my knowledge and what I saw from pictures, & etc.

Gauge's are inaccurately calibrated, I expect you could rely on the good ole SNT Speedometer in the upper right like in IV Notes (1):
Recommended using fellow ljcrary's Crown Victoria Sound Mod http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/8689-crown-victoria-sound-mod-v2/ & a visual mod of self choice Updates might come in the near future. This mod will be updated to support ELS when released. Requirements (1):
