I could be wrong, but I don't recall hearing about a working PIT in 0.4. I know the AI police can pit now, however. A lot of what you're talking about can be solved with other mods. - Request pit, PoliceSmartRadio. This will make it so that when you pit a car, there is a chance the car will become disabled. - Backup staying on scene, Ultimate Backup. - I covered how to end a chase with PSR, but you can also request spike strips with SmartRadio.

It sounds to me like you're referencing a single mod, as opposed to files in general. If you think there's abuse going on in someone's reviews, you can either report the file, or the individual reviews. The 1-5 star system works, and is much better than a thumbs up and thumbs down system, which can also be abused. Not to mention, trying to moderate thumbs down abuse would be much more tedious and not worth it.

When I first installed 0.4, everything was working. When I went on duty it showed me all the outfits depending on the agency I was with. Then I installed the EUP configurator and then it broke for some reason. I redownloaded the 0.4 files and threw them in, same thing. When I use EUP menu, all the outfits are there. There is one LSPD outfit - and then there's one for IAA. In the outfits.xml there is only "The Cop" and "The Fed" outfits. I redownloaded the outfit file from the 0.4 download, yet it's still only two files. What am I missing?

In OpenIV, navigate to the vehicles.meta (mods / update / update / common / data / levels / gta 5) Extract this vehicles.meta to your desktop, then open it. Press CTRL F and search for policeb Once on the policeb meta, scroll down a bit until you find the section for FLAGS. Make sure it has FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT and FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE If it doesn't have one of those, add it exactly as I have put it. Now save the file and close the program you're using to edit. In OpenIV, click "edit mode" at the top. Drag and drop the vehicles.meta on your desktop to the same spot you pulled it from. Now click "edit mode" again and you should be good.

This looks really nice! If you ever have free time, you might want to think about uploading these liveries as a pack, except lore friendly.

My only recommendation with this would be to change the color of either Management or Insiders since they are the same. Either make Insiders a lighter color like gray, or make Management gray (as an example, though gray is a nice color). Every time I see a black name I'm like..new admin?
