Installing ELS vehicles is the exact same process as installing non ELS. The only difference is ELS vehicles come with an XML that needs to be added as well. I'll wait for your screenshot, because I think you might be doing something incorrectly if you've successfully done it before. 🙂

You can donate via the Patreon! However, Patreon runs off a subscription plan, meaning you'd be donating a certain amount every month. I don't believe there is a one time donation option. I could be wrong though, as I'm not familiar with Patreon's workings.

I am not certain, as I use a non-ELS coroner van and the lights are on when it shows up. For ELS and the script that calls for coroner, I don't think it is programmed to enable ELS lights. Have you gotten in the coroner van to verify ELS is working on it? If ELS does work for you, that means what I previously said is correct.

Hi there, The contents of the mods folder need to be added. To do this, navigate to the vanilla patchday you need to edit, but do not edit anything! Go into the file you need, such as the vehicles.rpf and click "Edit mode". You will see a red box come up that warns you you're in the vanilla files. It will ask if you want to create this section in the mods folder - do it. This is how you add all those other archives to the mods folder that you need.

I guess I'm a little confused here, because changing sirens will not break your lights. I didn't ask before, but are you using ELS?
