Do you have a mods folder? If so, go into your GTA directory and rename the mods folder to _mods Now try loading in via Rage.

While it's "stuck" in the loading screen, does the Rage loading loading logo stop moving?

Carvariations does not dictate what livery is used, it only controls car colors. For Ultimate Backup, it's very simple. Just add livery="1" (change 1 to the number livery you want) Here's how it should look. <Vehicle chance="50" pax="1" pax_chance="25" livery="1">POLICE</Vehicle> You can add in multiple lines for different liveries, such as <Vehicle chance="50" pax="1" pax_chance="25" livery="1">POLICE</Vehicle> <Vehicle chance="50" pax="1" pax_chance="25 livery="2">POLICE</Vehicle>

Small correction. The files in the logs folder don't always show the most recent play session. Use the RagePluginHook text document in the Grand Theft Auto V folder.

This is a result of an ELS feature. Open the ELS INI and change "TrafCTRL" to false.

The biggest issue that myself and others have run into with Computer+ is the flickering screen when you're in the computer, and there's no fix for it.

In your GTA directory, go to the lspdfr folder and open the LSPDFR INI. Add this on a new line. Chase.DisableCameraFocus = true

Just restart your computer. This is a weird bug with ELS that happens to everyone.

Since you're only installing vehicles, yes, just patchday21.
