Bare in mind, if you use UltimateBackup, the responding AI officer who comes from this plugin will NOT react the same way as UB cops. Once the situation is code 4, they will leave.

Let me guess, you could hear ELS was working, but no lights? This is a common ELS bug, sadly. While what you did fixed it, you don't need to delete anything. Restarting your computer (not shutdown) will fix it.

That was unnecessary. Chances are you and @Maxplosion need a new gameconfig. To be clear, 98% of the time, crashing after installing vehicles is either a mistake on your end or you're missing something vital for addon cars, IE addon gameconfig. Cars and car packs don't "expire" or become incompatible.- 482 comments

Sorry, you don't seem to understand. Some Youtubers will activate the mimic me feature from a mod, then use a microphone sound effect to make it appear as though the AI is listening to their voice commands. Vocal Dispatch and GP are amazing, but they cannot control or legitimately speak to AI. Also, I'm a retired moderator for this site. I know exactly what I'm talking about.

I highly, highly doubt LSPDFR will ever have its own eup. Their stance has always been to keep LSPDFR basic as fuck and rely on you installing community made mods. I'm 50/50 on this. On one hand, I fully support modders who enhance LSPDR's experience. Oh the other hand, a lot of basic, necessary and/or quality of life things are missing from stock LSPDFR. Almost every single person who plays LSPDFR will always install other third party mods because there's a huge lack of content.

No one wants look back through 5 years of files. 😂 I haven't tried it, as I only use ELS. Theoretically, the XML shouldn't prevent the light bar from being enabled via Trainer.

This XML will allow you to utilize basic functionality of ELS with non-ELS cars. This means you can use keybinds for lights and sirens, but cannot change patterns or light stages. While you technically can have light stages, it's pointless since individual lights won't turn on. ==== Install Instructions ===== Place the sample VCF into GTA\ELS\pack_default. Rename the XML to match that of your vehicle name, such as police 2, sheriff, etc. This will work for addon vehicles! Special note to ELS users: You can use this with your ELS cars, but most of the functionality is disabled in the XML. You need to go in and re-enable them.

Has anyone found a workaround to EUP utilizing the numpad to change textures? I don't have a numpad, so can't change clothes textures on keyboard.

@Othrin Hey! I ended up make the slicktop Silverado with a bedcap its own car, unmarked version. The problem is, the bedcap is not connected to the livery, therefore the color on it cannot be changed. I tried making it transparent, but no go. I know I can make it a solid color, and probably will make it solid black. I was just hoping at some point you might look into that and see if the truck and bedcap can be connected. Thanks! -
