    Please read the title of Captain14's pack. His is not an ELS enabled pack. You can still use his cars with ELS, you just need to go into the VCF for each car and disable all the extras. You will get siren control functionality, but none of ELS's other features. Your topic has been moved to GTA V Support, this is not LSPDFR related. Please post in the correct location in the future.
