I have issue with "visualSettings" file. it's inside of common-data. every time after I replace this file when I play LCPDFR it take forever loading into police station, and texture start missing, cannot spawn any police cars after exit station. After replace old one anything fine, but this file does make lights better but I can't use it.

YES I did use car mods, but only for ELS cars. BUT before this happened, everything was fine even I use ELS and car mods. This only happened when I start play as a cop start loading into police station. It was all fine, works well, but this time it's not.

I having a problem with GTA IV graphic, here is what happened... When I loginto the game, graphic is fine for both high or low setting, BUT, when I play LCPDFR after I dress up press enter, It will start loading normally will take 3 seconds, but this time almost took 10 seconds, after this long loading, the game textures start missing, no buildings no streets. When exit station after 10 seconds loading I can't spawn any police cars, start freeze, can't do anything. I think this is the ELS V8.5 issues, they changed a setting file in my GTA IV game folder inside "common" I don't really know how to fix this, if you see this poster if you know how to fix please help! Did u login the social club before u play the game, when u click play it will popup a window let u login

That will play offline I think He wants play online with players with a server.....

OK.... SO I will try that, do u have GTA IV original vvehicles file? so I can replace it. For the other mods like LCPDFR and script I don't think will have issues..... Most players having same issue even with a great system, so this not my pc problem at all I think.... It is still the Rockstar game issues.

Is there have anyother ways to keep mods without error cause mods are important for me special for LCPDFR

With a clean game no mods by using high graphic no crash no error But there must be something wrong, I only use police car mods, there was no error before during the game.

Alright I did test with low setting, but here is the issue. My pc can support GTA IV casue I was play for a long time. Issue is every time pass the Hickey Bridge WI, heading to state police station, the vedio error popup, if stay in home watching TV even like hours nothing happened.

I did watch that video before u post here, so this text. did not work for me, I still having the same error when playing the game. 😞 I'm running GTA IV by 1680x1050 video mod, everything else are set for low, shadow off. Detail are set for 8. I can post my system information here

Thanks for respond, SO, I did tried commandine.text, BUT not working, forget it. 😞 I can run GTA IV with 1680x1050 with is the high video mod, but eveything eles are setting for low, for detail distance, those are set for 8. shadow off. Here is my system information

Go to your GTA IV game folder where ur game located in ur pc, then find this file( shows in picture), "Paul.dill" Just do what I did, just right click ur mouse, choose rename, then type .disabled like this---- Paul.dill.disabled This will disabled social club, just click play, you will run into the game.

I did reboots my system by using cmd(shows in the picture) it still getting same error. anyone gave any ideas? plz? I spent almost my whole free time working on fix my GTA IV but I keep getting this ERROR RC20, when I playing the game like 5 minutes, then game stop and back to desktop with a window said INVALID RESOURCE DETECTED-PLEASE REINSTALL THE GAME. I did reinstall the game several times but it does not work. I am a LCPDFR player, of course I do use mods, the reason why I didn't fix on my mods because before I getting this error I use the same mods and works fine. I'm using windows 10. I even refresh my PC system this Monday, but this doesn't help at all. Finally I decided to post a support as a Troubleshooting on this website please don't mind me. Here are some pictures I think its useful to let you guys see and help me out of this problem! If this post does not clear for you to understand please reply! I'm always here waiting for you guys responses, I'm always looking for solutions.
