    New design

This makes me sad I can't do this.
  2. *cough* Sûretè, Toronto, Vancouver and more - its an understatement for me.
  3. I'm just about to upload a mod to the site, but I've just noticed these new additions to the 'create' tab. I swear this wasn't my doing. I really don't think I should be allowed to have these powers - this could lead to some kind of major security breach. This has only just happened this morning, and I have not attempted to click on anything. Has there been a slip-up in the code? Have I accidentially been made a moderator? Really hope this gets sorted. IF YOU ARE ALSO HAVING THIS, PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ANYTHING. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOU BEING BANNED.

Its nearly the end of the Coldplay setlist, and just as the buses were warmed up and shunted out to the entry/exit points, a contingent of police officers were waiting outside to help festivalgoers get out of the park by midnight. Thanks to the unique design of the Pavillion, the whole concert could be heard from way outside the park - and taking this opportunity, a constable of the GLP decide to let his hair down while another one just stands seriously by him, just as the last chorus of 'Yellow' finished.

  5. For GTA IV? I think we're nearing EOL, so I doubt there'll be many more mods to come. Man, I should have joined in GTA IV's heyday.

    Booked

From the album: Operation - Ashahara

Just as the Coldplay set started, the GLP happened to chance upon a rogue fake ticket seller, plying his wares for the last day of the festival. Obviously, this was illegal, so in a less-intense approach than the wanted man from earlier, two officers and independent security agents came up, arrested him, and put him in a van. He was booked into Cerveza Heights for the time being, but was given a radio for him to listen to - it turned out he was a fan of Coldplay in the end.

A GLP Traffic tent was set up by the Red entrance, showing of the fruits of driving under the influence of alcohol - a SORN Willard with some serious impact damage. One of the GLP's famous motorway Vincents was also parked up alongside it, and a local taxi was parked up along side that to advertise a very important message - take a cab after a drink, because if you drink and drive, you might end up like the unlucky driver of the red Willard. Signs would be added if I was better at graphics design.

    Pounced

From the album: Operation - Ashahara

In the midst of the festival, the GLP happened to chance upon one of their most wanted suspects wandering the festival grounds. Taking this chance, one of the unmarked cars stationed around the area raced into Meadows Park, sirens drowning out an Indie band's setpiece, and joined two other cars filled with officers in taking down #6 on their most wanted list. A job well done, it seemed.

  9. And because its legal, nothing will be done per usual.
  10. I'll just leave this here for your listening pleasure:

Yes, its the back end of September, but its a festival alright, and the refreshments are handy. So why not take advantage of them? With some spare change left behind, this police constable is getting herself a 99p Flake, much to the mockery of her nearby partner.

  12. From the album: Operation - Ashahara

Two hours into the second day of the festival, down at the Liberty Stage, someone had a nasty fall straight into the fountain, forcing part of an up-and-coming band's performance to be cut short. Festivalgoers and nearby GLP officers had helped the injured festivalgoer out of the fountain, and had helped the St. John paramedics in calming her down and putting her safely in the ambulance. The paramedic here is taking a breather before he would set off to the CHMC - he thought he'd get the best seats in the house, but in truth, he didn't.

    Wasteland

If this doesn't look satisfying enough, then I don't know what satisfying is.

    Buffalo

He used the Word! Nah, I don't exactly hate it, its just a little jarring. Eh, you can play it off as one of those seized cop cars.

    Pig party

I'd rather like to know what happened to those number plates.
  16. I'm not too sure on that issue, but from experience of editing Lt. Caine's Supervisor Minivan, I think you just leave the image transparent. But don't shoot the messenger if that doesn't work.
  17. No-sir-ee. You either have to do that yourself by editing text in liveries, or if you have the skills, which you likely don't, you can put on randomisable plates yourself.

Of course, emergency vehicles need to be refuelled. In the lull period before the acts arrive, emergency personnel on site are reccomended to have their vehicles fuelled and readied for the day ahead. And with Friday night patrols and responses drawing fuel from ambulances and police cars, Saturday morning was mostly fuelling up cars, the acrid smell of petrol and diesel in the air when the Yellow buses began to arrive. RON stations were known to smell really bad.

    Forgotten

I swear to God I'll pistol-whip the next guy who says 'shenanigans'.
