A: I use RadianceV to make my lights bright, you will need something like this or another mod like it to make your lights as bright as mine.

Q: My lightbar and windows are tinted 
I try to fix those but sometimes it still happens. Go into vehicles.metafind the line that says diffusetint for the model and find the diffusetint value and replace the value with this<diffuseTint value="0x00FFFFFF" />

I have returned.. with a 2016 FPIU. There are two variants to this model as shown in the screenshots. You can choose whether you want to have it with the Westin bar which adds lights to the rambar as well, or the no rambar variant which to replace the rambar lighting adds a light stick in the grille. The ALPRS can be toggled with extra_12. All blue and red and blue versions are included.

This K-9  Chevrolet Tahoe is based off the 23rd District Drug Task Force out of Dickson,Tennessee.It's accurate as I could make with the videos and little pics I could find. I created my FHP forum post almost two years ago, I was very hesitant to release anything as I was in fear of a less than pleasant response to the models provided. I've put a lot of work into the accuracy to detail for these cars, they're about as accurate as I could possibly make them for a video game. After two years, I think a few of these are ready for release. If I receive a positive response then hey, maybe i'll throw out some Tahoes and CVPI's! Hopefully this pack may encourage a few of you to actually update ragehook and make your game playable again. Yes, I know. It's dreadful.
 
There are four dodge chargers included in this pack, they're more modern than they are older as most of them are 2016+.
 
I do have plans to add the newer all blue Code3 Pursuit Chargers as well as the older chargers with the previous gen. Javelin Lightbars. I don't have a timeline for when those will be added.

The newer vehicles feature some really interesting and new lighting setups. There is a Ghost/Stealth unit included that is fairly new and a really unique design. Enjoy!

Known Issues include a few tiny texture bugs that i'll get to and that's about it. If you have some crazy gamebreaking issue that DOES have to do with the models, go ahead and shoot me a PM my dog.

Short and sweet, these are some Westchester County PD skins for all you die-hard NY dweebs out there. These are not lore friendly. Feel free to edit them and fit them to other vehicles, add unit numbers, ect... However per usual, please do not redistribute anything. 

HERE IT IS BOYS AND GIRLS! The New York State Division of Police. After two months of literally the hardest work I've ever spent on models including I swear to god im not exaggerating hours of research and pictures, and spamming my Discord for help, and spamming the New York tag on my Discord for help. This pack includes 19 vehicles, but it is only 5 or 6 actual bases, it just includes a ton of variants for each vehicle. Includes Tahoes, Vics, etc. every single vehicle as accurate as possible to their IRL counterpart, except 2016 FPIUs, Chargers, and Tahoes and 2012 Caprices which will all be added in the future with Highriser versions. Some of the vehicles are outdated, so if you check the unit number and it's like a 2017 Dodge Charger it means that they have replaced it, I just kept these around because unique CVPIs in the NYSP are being phased out and if I did a modern day pack with all active cars they would be scarce. If you are overwhelmed read the "If you are overwhelmed" notepad because these are NOT add on, so you need to choose between vehicles , or add them on yourself and that file will 100% help you, along with the "About" notepads in each model folder. Enjoy and have fun.

A: So there is a way to remove the tint from automatically spawning on most vehicles, which ive done for almost every model but sometimes it doesnt work like for example in the pranger or FBI slots, so you will need to use the vehicles.meta to turn that off, it also includes better handling. This is a radar i made a couple years ago and decided to just release it because of the requests. You can replace this model with any gun by just renaming the files to the gun you want to exchange with. It can be aimed while sitting in vehicle for that realistic feel.

How to install:
1)With OpenIV, navigate to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. 
2)Once you have done that,click *Edit mode* and then press the green "+"under it.
3)Import the noose4.yft,noose4_hi.yft and noose4.ytd
4)Open the "SSPD Tahoe.rar" and navigate to lighting /Blue and install the "NOOSE4.XML" into GTA main folder/ELS/pack_default.
That's it! Go patrol!
 
Note:You can change the car name to anything you want! Doesn't have to noose4.yft!
 
 
P.S. If you don't want to install it there (That's where I install it..But some people do it in the patchday) navigate to the following:
Update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday14ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
and bam!

I've been wanting to make a pack for a long time, and with ELS now released this is possible! 
Here are some models based on Snohomish County Sheriff, WA.  This pack currently includes a 2011 CVPI, 2013 FPIU, 2015 Tahoe, and a 2016 FPIU. Complete with 4K skins by Slendis
These are meant to have accurate lighting set up, please do not review based on your opinions, but based on the quality of the models. I encourage your feedback!
