get an SSD and have your game on that, so when it crashes it crashes fast and your back up and playing in under 1 min. (I love my SSD!) wasnt GTA 4 originally designed to run on 8 cores? I remember reading it was for some crazy amount my current set up is amazing, 650 bucks for everything but a case and I love it! I5-2400, with 6870, 8gb ram, and SSD, I will never go back to a conventional harddrive for my OS/games.

oh thats sexy. Any way to either allow changing of the background or dialing it back so theirs less color? its got alot goin on for colors so reading it can be difficult. Keep it up mate!

I have a carson in my truck with phaser, horn, yelp, wail i could record on decent quality if you want. Also I have access to our sirens on our trucks at the fire department (none use the real mechanical wail tho :( and no Q ) all the electronic sirens same as cop cars. I cant remember the brand tho on them. if your interested i can do some recording and make an mp3 of it. I use to do some audio editing.

DVD is going down the drain quick with BluRay space isnt an issue really, when you see GTA for XBox360 and then look at a computer download file, they do something to make the files fit for Xbox360 vs computer/ps3 they have practically unlimited room. So it very well may be an epicly large city to come. This very well could be a legit leak, or one that shoots us all in the foot. Some companys leak stuff to test the market, wet peoples whistles, see what they really want. While often it can go the other way. I personally cant wait to see what GTA V will hold but ive never been one to go crazy over the research i like the surprise of playing the game myself for the first time with no demos or previous information on it.

hm so i tried this and it still didnt work for the charger i have. does the skins need to be specifically made for that model or will the generic charger skins work? and custo, im not really sure how this is topic stealing when it says "how to add skins", I see no where that says "dont topic steal or ask for help on someone elses thread that relates to the exact same thing" Im just asking for help mate.

what if files dont match names? Like i have a charger skin i downloaded but it has 1 png in it while the spark file i open has like 10.. and none look anything like the 1.

I am very aware of the 8 light limit but thanks dude. the only reason i dont like ELS is because vehicles with their lights on dont take damage. the moment thats fixed im goin all ELS. for now non-ELS is where i like it. So please take your happy attitude else where.

ive been looking at serveral MB and video cards that are 2.0 so idk what to tell ya, try looking at neweggs bare bone kits they are cheap and great starting points. for your micro ATX, -- MICRO is the size of the board, so its the smallest possible sized board for desktops. Most desktops will run regular sized boards however ive begun to see more and more micro boards. Not sure why as video cards are getting bigger x_x. anyways i took a micro out of a micro case and put it into a mid size case, ALMOST fit but had to do a couple custom holes into my case.

Hmmm interesting, i did search and have been searching and I am still searching. I was just wondering if anyone else has found ones they like. There is no "good" here is a list of all non-els vehicles. Ive been over must every GTAIV mod site. Thanks for assuming tho and if you know of a thread already made just like this (which i have been searching for) then please link it and be helpful. Just posting "use search" is of no help to anyone. Cause anyone with half a brain would use search first instead of waiting around for someone who may or may not reply with anything decent. just fyi on MBs if it says PCI express 2.1 DONT put a 2.0 in, u can fry it. stick with what it says.

anyone found any good ones? I have found the escalade but im not a huge fan of it, it does handle like a champ but id rather see a 4door RAM or a Tahoe. also anyone know a good non-ELS collection?

haha im looking at upgrading as well for this game alone :) but as far as your video card goes, Im sure it will handle GTAIV like a champ. The Radeon HD6750 1gb is a good card for the price, but requires a PCI Express 2.1 x16 and your mother board only supports 2.0. Gotta watch out for that one, the 2.1 demands more power then the 2.0 and now the even have 3.0 out. as for your other things the links are not working.
