Windows 8 Developers Build DOES require activation over internet to activate most features like Personalize and stuff.

Can't seem to get Wi-Fi on virtual machine. No internet = no Windows activation = most features locked Start menu changed dramatically, sort of better and somehow not. Task manager looks better. Performance is great, boot took 25-30 seconds
