Hi Guys, I have a 2 fold issue I am hoping you can assist with. ELS V 8. I have tried everything from editing the config files to fresh installs to different ASI Loaders and I can not get ELS V8 to run. I have the partially lit light bar however, no ability to activate lights or bring up he main menu. Am I right in thinking this is an ASI loader issue? ENB I have just purchased a new PC and since getting it have been unable to run any mid/high range ENB despite me having the below system. The game looks as though it is trying to launch and flicks a a black screen for approximately half a second before then resuming to the desktop with no error or hint of the game running. I have narrowed the problem down to the d3d9.dll file. Some ENB's run fine however, Cry etc isn't interested. I have tried removing Nvidea Experience and using various different command lines in both the target shortcut and a text file however, no joy. Any assistance would be much appreciated. My new PC is: i5 4690k @ 3.5GHz, extreme overclock. 16GB RAM 64 bit Operating system/processor GTX 970 I have installed: Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2005 (x86) Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2008 (x86) Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2010 (x86) I have .Net Framework 4.5 installed on Windows 8 and haven't been able to roll it back to 4.0 (unsure if that's the problem. I have an SSD drive with Windows installed and a legitimate Steam Version of GTA4 on a Standard drive. I have copied this GTA4 directory and created another for my "modded" version.

Any ideas?

Hi I am also having this problem but have copied over the ped files to both IV and TBOGT but the sdefault cop skin still shows in game. Any ideas?

Hi Guys, Bit of a cry for assistance. I am having a few issues with EfLC and getting my police mods up and running on it. Issues are: 1.) I can't for the life of me change car liveries in game. I have edited the trainer to allow it and have a pre made (via Doppler) Vehicle.ide with +Liveries included. 2.) Cop Ped. I have added my custom cop peds in all 3 areas of EfLC (and in each police slot) however, whenever I see the (AI) cops in the modded cars they are always the "run of the mill" ones which come with the game and not the ones I have added in. 3.) Pressing ALT+M in game appears to spawn the NGR900. I have disabled keybindings in the trainer however, it doesn't appear to turn this function off. On a separate note I have also tried 3 ENB's tonight but none of them seem to get on very well with EfLC. Has anyone got one they would recommend?

Does anyone know of any systems or web based systems that allow you to do PNC name or vehicle checks? I am a dispatcher for a clan and its the only thing we are missing! Any ideas?

I fail to see why all these updates keep coming out and none of them address the stability issues. It's all well and good adding new things in like coffee cups and more call outs but why not fix it so you can get more than 10 minutes game time first!? This is the third update and although in every single one there is mentions of "stability fixes" etc there is no difference at all! The game still seems to crash for anyone not running EFLC, it crashes on all firearms call outs, all prisoner transport requests and after any pursuit. Why build something if it doesn't work!? I am sure one of the admins will look at this and decide in there wisdom to ban me as they will no doubt not want to have any debate over it. I appreciate that this is done in free time but I am sure people want it to work more than wanting to hear the slurping of coffee! Sort it out guys!

Just resolved it. I needed the most advanced AdvancedHook and was running an older one. Many thanks for the quick response though :)

Helloooo, I am having a bit of an issue with ELS V8 in that I can't get it to run without the game crashing! Every time I put the ELS V8 files in game I load up fine. I then spawn a police vehicle at which point the game crashes and I am left with the error message "New Guard Page for the Stack can not be Created". ELS V7 works well with no bugs. Any ideas? Nick.

I disagree, there are loads of people getting crashes!

It's a good release but is there any way of addressing the existing problems before releasing new content? The game still crashes whenever back up is requested or prisoner transport. I haven't been able to test all the call outs yet but it also use to turn over when catching up to a pursuit or taking a shots fired call.

Will there be any further updates for support? 0.95 works amazingly with ped and vehicle packs so evidently it can be done?

Cheers guys, I've looked at all the different suggestions and gone with Debut Video Capture Software. Appears to be working well but I'm yet to try an in game recording. Video's coming soon!

Determined to try and resolve this once and for all as its really getting on my tits now! I keep getting crashes after about 10-20 minutes of gameplay. It can happen in any situation (on patrol, responding, dealing with a ped, traffic stop). I have a legal copy of the game being run as admin. I have modded ped packs and vehicles however, when I first installed these, I did it one at a time and had no issues for about a week. Then, BAM, loads of issues all over again! Am I right in thinking EFLC appears to support his more then GTAIV? I've seena few people playing with EFLC and they have had no problems at all! Files attached. Any help would be much appreciated.

Just about to do the patch but I think its already up to date. The other downloads I put on when I first put 1.0 on as recommended. Have you heard of this issue before by chance?

I'm running 1.0a from a manual install. It was doing something similar when I played with no mods at installed :(

Hey All, I've recently installed the Heads O Plenty mod for a bit of variety in game. Only issues is it comes with the standard LCPD Uniforms. Does anyone know how to incorporate modded uniforms into it? Any help appreciated. Ta, Nick.

Hey All, Fresh and legal install of the game. It appears LCPDFR is crashing when an AI makes efforts to arrest a ped. I'm doing my best to intervene and make the arrest to avoid the crash however, sometime you just can't be there in time :( Game also crashes on shots fired and pursuit calls but I think that's an issue for everyone? Mods I'm running: VDH Police Helper Less Overtake (Script) Indicator (Script) I also have Doppler's Met Police car and Ped Pack installed. I had this running well before and did a fresh install only to put a new ENB (less graphics hungry) on. Any help appreciated. Logs Attached:
